The complimentary breakfast is actually cooked food and not a continental breakfast. The rooms DO HAVE blackout curtains, despite the reviews to the contrary. The rooms have the Faux outer curtains with shear curtains and the black out curtains are tucked behind these and easy to find if you look. They are not the outer but the inner most set...

We stay in Santa Rosa one night each year and this property is now our first choice. The staff is very helpful, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast choices are typical for a Hampton Inn (which is much better than many other hotel chains.)

We were without hot water, when I called the front desk the lady said to try putting it on the cold side. She thought the pipes got switched. Didn't work. The A/C sounded like a plane taking off. This was the first Hampton we were disappointed in.

Hotel was nice for area. Had a problem with hot water but that was fixed immediately. Would like to see more food options and more waffle irons. Parking is great if you are towing or have long trucks.

Go somewhere else to stay and save yourself the aggravation. I am a Hilton Honors member and most of the time find Hampton's to be just fine, this one has way to many problems and a staff which thinks its okay because the are getting this fixed "next week"

This is the best hotel in Santa Rosa, NM. 2 hours east of Albuquerque, with an awesome Pilot fuel station across the street, this hotel was packed with guests probably because there is very little for miles either way. The included breakfast is always welcome, and breakfast starts early so you can get up and be on your way in...

I stayed here with my family. It was great hotel to stay overnight while traveling on I40. We hit the pool and wore the kids out and had a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and the gentleman running the breakfast area was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful.

We choose Hampton Inn when possible because they are clean and have a decent breakfast. We stayed here one day after we had stayed at a newer Hampton Inn and really felt the difference. The staff was great, and the breakfast was typical Hampton, which meets our needs, but they really need to do some overall facility updating. While the...

Pretty good overall except the breakfast. The food was stale and very limited choices. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Beds comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel for the area it is located.

This hotel is overpriced and needs updating. Tile in bathroom is a mess, paint is peeling. Carpets in room and hallway need replaced. Carpet in elevator is not secured just a piece of carpet laid on the floor. Coffee cold in the lobby at 4 pm. No water offered to Hilton Honors member. Stay in Albuquerque or Amarillo skip these...
