The check in person is the rudest person I have ever seen. Electricity was terrible with the hookup boxes broken and amperage breakers not marked. I have never seen breakers like these and I hope I never will again. Do not waste your money or time staying here.

If you are traveling on I-40, this is a good place to stop for the night. Matthew was very friendly when we checked in. There are several level, pull-through sites. The bathrooms are old but well maintained and clean; there is a restaurant on-site that will deliver! There is an extra charge for cable; the reception is just OK. There... More

Have a rig with an internal surge protector that prevents damage from the highs and lows (lows for AC protection). While there in February of 2016, in sub freezing temps, the electricity was insufficient (or possibly too dirty) to power us up; we worked fine both the day before and the day after as well as a stop there in... There really isn't anything to do in Santa Rosexcept use the area for a layover. The campground was OK but the WiFi was horrible!!!! They had a lot of excuses for why you "might not" have reception already written in they pamphlet that they give you when you check in!

Loved the family that own Santa Rosa Campground. Price was reasonable and is also a Good Sam location which honored discount. Site was level and clean. Everyone made us feel very welcome here. We ate at restaurant and the food was also great. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. :)

I'm giving this campground/RV park for stars in the "basic" category. Decent price for full hook up, pull through motorhome site. $36 a night with good Sam membership. Absolutely nothing fancy at all about this campground. Just an easy in/easy out of RV park convenient to interstate 40. Gravel sites, restaurant looked good, but we did not eat there. Playground... This was the 3rd time we have stayed here. The owner welcomed us back like old friends. The sites are big enough to get into and everything works. They are in the process of redoing the restrooms. The ones in the office were fantastic.

Reviews of others are mixed about this place, but our experience was awesome! We arrived about 4:00PM after a very long day on the road. I was met by Chris. He was in the middle of helping another couple, but acknowledged my presence and said he would be with me shortly. Once it was my turn, Chris waited on me... More

Wanted to stay just over night So disappointed it was nothing like the photos on the website it was all sand, gravel and dust and dirt. The pool was not use able. Scattered picnic tables. It looks like management doesn't put anytime or effort at attending the grounds. We decided to go for a bite to eat and realized that... More

I was scheduled to stay at this park this month. Called to cancel days in advance because our travel plans had changed. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and told me they do not take cancellations. He could have been a more friendly. I would not recommend anyone reserving a stay in this park. We certainly will not... More
