    Lovely experience
We spent 4 nights at Wildside Camp in April 2022 as a family of 3, my son is 7. Our welcome was lovely and our tent spacious and comfortable. Isaac our guide for the 4 days was super. The game viewing was pretty phenomenal where we got to see lions feeding on a wildebeest kill and cheetah on an impala kill. They don’t currently have buffalo and we didn’t get to see the leopard. The reserve is small but the game is rich! Beautiful sunsets every evening! We did a days excursion to the rock pools for lunch and a swim - highly recommend! All in all staff, game and food were fabulous! Only let down was the soft furnishings of the lodge and rooms are very tired and need replacing or sprucing up. Would recommend for a good value safari!

Went there as part of the lions tour and had a fantastic time.. staff nd food fantastic.. such a good adventure.. i
Brilliant fun.. lodges over looking the valleys where elephants knock down trees.. . We sang around the fire until late into the night and the staff were still there at 6m to take us out on the early morning drive.. bring warm clothing it was very cold in July.. wonderful food and breathtaking sights and you can play golf off the longest 3par hole in the world. But you need to book ahead and take a helicopter to the top of the mountain to tee off ..

    Astounding service from dedicated staff
Entabeni is the experience of a lifetime. I was a solo traveller and recently stayed two nights at Kingfisher lodge. The reserve is a natural wonder and thanks to unprecedented customer service my stay was amazing. Many thanks especially to ranger Aubrey (?) whose passion for the land, animals and people was inspiring. Aubrey ensured my every need was met. His kindness, attention and good humour made every aspect of my stay enjoyable even when some bad weather threatened to disrupt my plans. I cannot thank you enough dear Aubrey. Also thanks to managers Charlene (?) and Nanette (?), the wonderful chef (amazing meals, personal service with a gorgeous smile) and lodge staff who all made sure I was well looked after. I will definitely return.

Perfect bush escape for a family or group of friends. We booked a 5 bedroom villa as couples. They have a restaurant on site but I would not recommend. The house is fully furnished and it s better for your own meals or bring in a chef. Hated that the towels were changed on request only. However our stay was pleasant , some upkeeping minor issues like missing cutlery, smelly fridge, garbage not collected. I can only assume that this was probably poor planning as it was during festive season. However when we reported , all was attended to.

Entabeni game reserve was amazing. We stayed at the wildside tented village. The tents were brilliant: clean, comfortable, great views and a fab outside shower. All staff were attentive, food was excellent, warm campfires and a lovely pool. The best part was the game drives, we saw lions elephants, white and black rhinos, cheetah, zebras, giraffes and much much more. Our guide Ryan was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and went out of his way to give us the best experience. We drove up the valley to the upper escarpment which was an experience we would highly recommend, great animals and views. We were all very sad to leave and would definitely go back.

We stayed at the Hanglip Mountain Lodge & were served by the Wildside Team of staff. From the moment we arrived until we left the customer service provide by Daisy on Front of House and our Ranger Kamogelo was outstanding. The setting is breath taking and we encountered many animals on our drives. Time was often spent just sitting and watching the Lions, giraffe, elephants, cheetahs, hippos, rhinos to name just a few of the animals we encountered in their natural environment on our 3 days. The resort is tranquil, the landscape is beautiful and the area is so peaceful.

We went on a game drive here and were so disappointed! Saw almost no animals. What we did see was obscured by thick branches and trees. If you are thinking of doing a game drive here and are in the Limpopo region, just go to Kruger National Park! You won’t be sad that you did.

I have been to Entabeni Wildside Safari Camp What a dissapointment!!!! Stay away from this place. Advertised as a Big Five game conservancy, went onto four game drives and did not see any of the big five, hardly saw any animals but for a few Impalas This place can close down and nobody would notice it.

We felt a real sense of loss on having to leave Lakeside Lodge as we so loved every aspect of our stay here. Our rooms were undeniably well used as were most of the structures on site, but we weren't expecting a Ritz-Carlton in the bush! Regular incursions by elephants and thieving Vervet monkeys probably doesn't help too much! The food was good, fresh and plentiful but I must admit to a doubt about the crocodile at one bbq! The ranger/drivers were particularly professional and keen to impart their considerable knowledge not only of the wildlife but of signs, tracking, plants and a host of other interesting insights. The game drives were not only rewarding in the matter of sightings but quite adventurous, the steep and rocky descent of the gorge leading to the lower reserve being particularly so. We saw most of the animals and birds that we had hoped to see and some quite memorable action. We were blessed with lovely weather, although I imagine that serious rain would have been welcomed locally. After eight great days we were finally very sorry to be "Out of Africa". (But hoping to return one day).

We have just finished a visit to Entabeni / Legends game lodge in the Waterberg area of South Africa. We found the food at the wild side camp to be exceptional value and the staff were both courteous friendly and helpful. The game drive in the evening was amazing, possibly the best ever with Piet our ranger Much much more to experience here and well worth a visit
