This was our second time at Africa on Foot - sometimes a let down however it lived up to our expectations and more. We saw the big 5. Enjoyed the knowledge and experience of our rangers and had a remarkable 5 day holiday in a magnificent setting. The staff were wonderful exceeding our expectations yet again. The food was magnificent...

Our stay at Africa on Foot has been a wonderful experience. Knowledgable friendly staff, comfortable camp, focus on nature and wildlife. All family members, incl our daughters from 8 and 11, truly enjoyed this safari experience.

Great experience although due to some windy days didn't walk each day. Food is delicious and plentiful. Cabins are very comfy, and i would recommend the tree house as well to spend a night. Great to sleep in the outdoors while the wildlife roams around

My room was basic, but very comfortable. Love the outside shower. Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to details. Trackers and guides are knowledgeable and make you feel safe, even when you are 3 metres from male lions. Food is simple but well cooked, fresh, and plentiful. The game drives are fabulous. The guides are in radio...

What can I say about this beautiful place set in in the kalserie PNR. If you are looking for a genuine safari experience, supported by a dedicated team then look no further. The camp is set in the bush with 5 accommodation huts which have all you need for a good safari - a super comfortable bed, connected outdoor shower,...

Words can't describe what an amazing experience we had here. Not only was it our first safari but it was one of the most memorable experiences we have had and that came down to the incredible staff. The attention to detail, knowledge and friendly nature of Greg, Enoch, Jen and Chade made it all the better. Not to mention the...

Hi Chatty Brits! Thanks for reviewing our camp. By all accounts you had an incredible and rather exciting time at Africa on Foot! Our staff are very passionate about what they do and love to share their knowledge with guests. Seeing rhino is certainly something to remember. We'd love for you to visit again - nothing wrong with chatty guests!...

We had a wonderful time at Africa on Foot in late February. Despite getting caught in a dramatic African rain shower on our first day, we saw so many animals in only three days - lions, rhino, zebra, giraffe, kudu, wild dogs, a hippo, buffalo, wilderbeast and even a glimpse of a leopard. Our guides Greg and Luan were excellent...

Hi Louise and Kate Thanks so much for your review. Our land desperately needs the rain, so we tend to rejoice when the skies open. It's not ideal, but as you experienced, it certainly doesn't affect sightings. Buffalo, elephant and hippo love the water! Luan and Greg are expert rangers. They know the lay of the land and have extensive...

I have been visiting Africa on foot and Nthambo tree camp since 2010 and went to stay at AOF again last week. The first evening game drive was my 3rd big five drive there. The highlight for me was watching a lioness chase a leopard up a tree, astonishing. The two camps have recently been tastefully renovated and are looking...

We spent two nights (12/23 and 12/24) at this camp and had the best of times. The property is beautiful and very rustic, the guides are fabulous (Mike, Enoch and Greg were awesome), game rides are perfectly executed which enabled us to see all the animals and the food is to die for! We enjoyed Jennifer's hospitality and the time...

Hi There Thanks so much for your positive review. We like to keep things real and authentic at camp and we're glad you love our trackers and guides. From the time we showed up till the time we left we had an amazing experience.
