We had 3 fantastic days at Mohlabetsi which is a lovely relaxed place, with comfortable accommodation, good food, very friendly staff and brilliant game driver/guides - Hamilton is a star. I can;t compare with other private lodges as this is the only one I've been to, but compared to our Kruger NP self-drive experience Mohlabetsi offered vastly superior accommocation, immeasurably... We absolutely loved out stay at Mohlabetsi! They accommodated our family of 5 ( ages: 10, 14&16yo children) in a family interconnecting villa. It had a brilliant view of the waterhole! We sat reading and relaxing while watching a crocodile sun himself and giraffes and Impala come for a drink... The safaris were super exciting! We went on 6 safaris... More

Everything about this lodge was amazing! The staff was very friendly and took care of the little things like opening/closing windows and walking with us back to our hut at night with a flashlight. The lodge only accommodates 20 people which was really nice and intimate. All the meals were awesome! We loved eating dinner by the fire and having... More

Amazing staff, accommodation, food, game drives and wildlife. Our ranger Solly and tracker Rogers were first class and went the extra mile to ensure we saw the best of the wildlife in the area. I would recommend this camp to anyone.

We saw rhinos and zebras which I had not seen in Zimbabwe and Botswana. The secretive leopard escaped us, but I learned that black panther is a close relative so no worries. The staff was very attentive. Food was great. Sydney, our ranger, tracked animal droppings and footprints, helping us to see what we requested. Loved outdoor shower midday! I... More

What a really nice surprise Mohlabetsi was to our family. Accomodations are solid-wall cabanas with a charming central shaded area where they serve breakfast and lunch. Loved the outdoor showers. The place is like an oasis surrounded by wild habitat. Its pretty cool sitting in a lawn chair staring into the african wilderness with only a tiny electric trip wire... More

We were lucky to see the Big 5 on one morning drive, plus see more on other drives! The Rangers and trackers are amazing, we walked along the riverbed and watched hippos run down river, totally magical experience. My kids now have Hamilton as a super hero - ranger!!

We have been there for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! We were only 20 people so the place is peaceful, the only noises you can ear are the animals ones :) the room was amazing and very clean! Safaris were great... The rangers are very good and we saw the big 5, hippo and crocodiles! The dinner... More

Small scale, friendly staff, little oasis. Excellent food eaten around the fire at night. The highlight of our trip. We saw the big 5 twice in 3 days. Recommend 2 day min stay. 3 was perfect for us. Family of 5 in 2 units next to each other.
