We recently spent 2 weeks in South Africa with 5 days at Tintswalo. I cannot say enough great things about this lodge. We saw all the big 5 on the first day. What I liked best was the smallness of the lodge. Everyone got to know you and couldn't have bee more accomidating .We did not have all the vehicles crowded... More

This camp is magical! The service and staff are attentive to any needs and very personable. Our safari guide Christof was exceptional. Very knowledgable and so passionate about his beloved bush. We laughed so much during our time together our faces hurt. The elephants drinking from the hose off the balcony were a highlight. Or maybe it was the lions... More

Wow! Where to begin... We left Tintswalo Safari Lodge a few hours ago with heavy hearts (saying goodbye was very difficult), enriched souls (from the experience we relished) and a feeling of "did that all really happen"? Four days ago we took a light aircraft from Johannesburg to the airstrip 10 minutes away from the lodge and on landing were... More

Our great guide, Justin, and our unbelievable tracker, Mpho, as well as the rest of the staff, truly made the experience for us. Apart from the special location and gorgeous property, the service was exceptional and the guiding educational. There was no shortage of wildlife at all. Thank for your an unforgettable 4 days!

Our family had an exceptional experience at Tintswalo. Our guide, David, and our tracker, Eric, were very well matched for us and did an amazing job at finding game, story-telling, sharing knowledge, etc. Orlando, our butler, was always there to offer drinks and food, and the entire staff was very warm and friendly. Can't wait to return.

My wife and I just finished a thoroughly enjoyable 2 days safari at Tintswalo. We had come straight from 4 days at Sabi Sands and the game viewing was interestingly different as the animals seemed to be in bigger groups than Sabi Sands. Saw many large prides of lions, some mating, with elephant herds of up to 50 of these... More

My dad and I spent 3 days here on our first trip to South Africa. What an amazing time! Our guide, Christoff, and our tracker, Foster were both wonderful! Christoff is an amazing wildlife photographer, and made sure to get us close and at great angles for my dad to take photos. They went above and beyond to make sure... More

My parents took our family to South Africa to celebrate 30th birthdays for both my step-brother and I. We ended our 12 day trip with 4 days at Tintswalo and we are so glad we did! The service, generosity, and game drives were beyond even our highest expectations. Alistair, our Ranger, and Mpho, our tracker, found us the Big 5... More

We stayed at the Tintswalo Safari lodge this June and it was a fabulous experience. The guide was very good and we had a fantastic safari with some lovely sightings. The accommodation is very luxurious and the chef made excellent food for us. We will definitely return to Tintswalo.
