Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quite rooms. Fast internet. No free HBO / Showtime etc. You can pay more somewhere else, but if you just need a place to sleep, this is your best value in Ruidoso.

Have visited before, was suppose to visit again on March 11, 2017, only because everything else was booked in Ruidoso. Reserved a room for $119.00. Booking.com later notified me that there was a room available at the Days Inn for $93.00. So I called Travelodge because their website said they price match. The lady that I spoke to would not...

Took my family for a small overnight get away from the city to enjoy the outdoors and we were referred to stay at the travel lodge by family who's had nothing but exceptional quality service there and I can't argue the fact that that's exactly what we received. My family and I will definitely be making this our spot to...

When I went to check out of the motel, I noticed that there was a charge of $1.50 for using the SAFE, I informed the clerk that I did not use the SAFe and she took the charge off and printed a new receipt showing the removal of the safe charge, however when I got home the next day, I...

We booked 2 rooms for ourselves and daughter. They are older and need updating, but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful in relocating our daughter to a new non-smoking room (first one had an odor of old smoke). The continental breakfast has a waffle-maker, yogurt, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, biscuits and hard-boiled eggs, coffee and orange juice: nothing special...

This place is a bed and dirty floor. The staff are the only ones that made it manageable. The place is pretty run down, worn out, but cheap compared to most places to stay on the weekend there. My wife and daughter said we will never go cheap and stay at a place like that again.

The rooms were nasty...we found popcorn kernels everywhere. You could tell they do not do much cleaning! The edges of the carpet were thick with dirt! The lock on the connecting room was broken. The ppl next to us could walk in our room with no problems! Never again!

Super nice checking in, nice and clean room! The heater worked which was really great! Great experience for the trip down probably will stay here again. Only down side is no working hot tub but not a huge deal... great room for the price!!

This hotel was a last minute switch from the god awful Super 8 up the road. They accommodated us with no hassles in a clean non-smoking room! It isn't a fancy room, but for the price and location it was perfect for a last minute planned ski trip. Would definitely stay here again in the future!!
