We had a great time especially my children, a very nice and peaceful place to stay, the only problem was that the office closes at 5pm, the person on call after hours never answers. Othwr than that We loved it! We are defenitely coming back.

We booked online for a 3 night stay after a work related stop in Santa Fe. Many of these cabins were built in the 1940's. Very rustic and cute. It had a small kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping area and a nice little porch to watch the deer from. The employees were very nice and gave us some tips on what to... More

The manager was VERY helpful when we met with a small problem. Folks, if you discover something while staying at a place - NICELY share it with the management. They really do appreciate it. The carpet was worn, had a few issues with bugs (at least they were dead!), torn screen in the door, there was supposed to be a... More

Cabin 5 was clean, linens were clean, and the bathroom had new fixtures. The thin canvas window shades do not block light and don't completely cover the window. The porch light on cabin 7, just a few feet away, shines directly in the window. The head of the bed is directly under the window, so the light was directly in... More

We stayed in a cabinette, it was clean and comfy. Perfect and inexpensive for a 1-2 night stay. It's also walking distance to main street shops and restaurants. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice. We will stay here again.

My wife and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Ruidoso. Unfortunately, it was Labor Day weekend. I finally found a room at Apache Villiage after a cancellation and good luck. Room is called a cabinettte. Bed, bath, desk, microwave and fridge. Real nice for the price paid. Much cheaper than a cabin elsewhere.

Our family stayed here a couple of nights the end of July. The cabin was small and clean. Exactly what we needed. We loved the location. Away from the congestion of town but a very short 3 min drive to get to the fun activities. My 4 kids(12,10,9,6) never turned the T.V. on, or ask for Ipads/phones. They enjoyed running... More

We chose this cabin because of the price and location. It was as described, comfortable bed, updated bathroom with nice towels, clean room, cool A/C, WIFI, satellite TV. The bedspread needed updating and there were bugs outside our front door (which were taken care of). There was a smell on the front porch that I could not identify as well... More

Apache Village Cabins needs to do some much needed renovations. The first night we stayed, there was a rain storm, water ran over the steps and we had a small river in front of our door. The shower is clogged and you are standing in water. Sink has a small drip. The WiFi is not reliable at all. Everyone in... More

Management was friendly and helpful. We decided to get away from home for the night. We only wanted to stay 1 night and most places need a 2 night stay. Their small cute cabins. 2 adults and 2 children fit pretty well. Beds should be updated asap. I fell asleep with our kids on the pull out watching TV and... More
