Had a great stay. Our room was extremely clean. We had all the necessities needed. The staff was extremely helpful. Our condo was the handicapped unit and we had a great view and the amenities were great. Just wished the hot tub worked.

We flew from Portland to Albuquerque. We spent a few days in Albuquerque and Santa Fe before traveling to Ruidoso for a week long stay at the Crown Point Condominiums. We arrived after dark and were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful reception staff. During a confirmation telephone conversation a couple of weeks in advance of our stay, staff... More

We didn't realize that the weekend we checked in was the Ruidoso Bike Rally weekend. Every place in town was packed with bikes including Crown Point. The property was quiet and the bikers staying there were very respectful and good neighbors. The two bedroom unit had a larger balcony off the Master Bedroom which was downstairs. The living area was... More

This is our 5 year using a "time-share" condo and just like always, we have no complaints other than we wish we could stay longer. This year we've stayed with Crown Point four weeks. And it's been wonderful. The entire staff is to be congratulated for their efforts to make our stay enjoyable. April was so efficient in handling our... More

That may be a strange title, but that was the most negative part of our vacation. There was but one very small dull paring knife with which to prepare our meals. Understand CPOA wouldn't want to put out nice, expensive knives, but even a kitchen shear, and/or a serrated knife would have been very useful. No one else has commented... More

Great place to enjoy nature and cool mountain air! Great views from the decks of the valley and downtown Ruidoso! Kitchen stocked nicely with coffee and tea bags-nice touch! Enjoyed leisurely mornings drinking coffee and watching the hummingbirds! Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend this location!

When we first arrived my thoughts were that it was less luxurious that past condos we have stayed. However, within 24 hours I was captivated by the bears, skunk, deer, fox & more. It was a GREAT stay!

The overall facility was pretty good, noticed that the fridge, stove, and microwave had need replaced. The kitchen is in desperate need up an update drawer and cabinets are in bad shape. the climate is changing in the area and bedrooms could really use window A/C units if they will not put in some type of cooling system.

We spent the week in a 2BR unit # 202. Best view over the valley, quiet and a great week was had. i must say though that if this place was in the valley rather than at the top of the ridge it would be rather dumpy. Cob webs on the doors, drawers that don't work. The washing machine did... More

Awesome!!! Did I say awesome?? Had a great time. Condo was great. Views were spectacular. Staff did anything possible to help you out. Saturday morning they have a coffee and donut little meeting if you care to go to tell you about area attractions. Only negatives I have is beds were a little hard for our liking and the kitchen...
