Spent 3 days at KK after our amazing Go2Africa.com agent Amanda swiftly rebooked us after the fire at Lion Sands River Lodge just a short 10 days before our trip. We were impressed with the service and kindness from Nicolene, Josie, Sonny and the lodge...More
We prefer small camps- but were totally pleased with everything about Kirkman's.
Our guide Brett was great- but our tracker Kholen was beyond amazing. We saw great game- including a large male Leopard that Klolen tracked through tall reeds in the dry river bed.
We had a large delegation that took over the whole camp and we had the most special time! The staff and Rangers treated us the a incredible stay with unbelievable game viewing, outstanding food and an all round stunning time. Thanks Kirkmans!

Sorry no gym but there s a good sized pool. You are not allowed to walk outside the camp but you can go on escorted bush walks with a guide. To be honest there is not much time the day is filled with game drives eating, early to bed and early to rise!! Great
We went at the height of summer; Dec-Jan and it wasn't that humid or hot... barely any rain, perhaps we got very lucky. Check out the rainy months, not sure when that is- but May would be Fall weather ...enjoy...
