My husband and I stayed at Cheetah Plains for 3 nights in November. Every detail of our stay was amazing. The game drives with Andrew were better than I could have imagined and we loved the lodging and incredible dinners. Would highly recommend Cheetah Plains!

We truly appreciate your kind words, Jessica, and are delighted that you enjoyed your visit to us. Since you left, good rains have transformed the landscape - the dam at the pool has filled providing a playground for the hippo to frolic, and there is a profusion of plant growth, with accompanying wildlife, big and small. Perhaps you can be...

We enjoyed four memorable days in this lodge. Cheetah Plains provided us with our lovely cabin, beautiful grounds, home cooked communal meals and twice daily safari adventures in an open jeep. Mike our driver and guide made our twice daily adventures in the bush very special with his knowledge, enthusiasm and love of all the wildlife. We were very lucky...

Thank you for your enthusiastic comments regarding your stay with us. It always gives us tremendous satisfaction when we succeed in pleasing our guests! Your cheetah experience is certainly one to be cherished as these magnificent creatures remain elusive, and sightings are not as frequent as visitors would like! I am happy to report that the hippos and occasionally the...

Unfortunately Cheetah Plains was a huge disappointment on so many levels. It was the most expensive lodge we stayed at and it was by far the worst value for money. Compared to other lodges it should be less than half the price. We feel completely ripped off. Let's start with the rooms - they are very small and in great...

Good day No doubt as you intended, we at Cheetah Plains were appalled and dismayed to read your review of your recent stay with us. As one who makes use of TripAdvisor, you will surely have noticed the overwhelming number of extremely positive reviews – which is the way we want to keep it. We take pride in our offering...

We loved every minute in this lodge: the view& the surroundings, the food. And the game drives showed us the true African bush magic! The games drives - with guide Mike -made the stay in Cheetah Plains memorable! For sure hope to return in future!

This was my third trip to Sabie Sands and Cheetah Plains is my favorite lodge in the area. If you prefer the kind of place where guests dine together at one table and you meet people of a similar outlook to your own then you will enjoy this place. The particular highlight has to be the leopard sightings - I...

Our family of six adults spent four days at Cheetah Plains and it was life changing. The accommodations are rather modest for a safari camp but we liked it that way - small and cozy. The staff, especially Mike our guide, were beyond fabulous. We saw the most beautiful animals and birds on every one of our game drives. We...
