Days Inn Rio Rancho is always comfortable, clean, and a great value for the money. The manager and staff are always good and helpful, too. The only way it could be improved is if it were a Gold Crown Resort in Hawaii, with gold guilded luxury rooms, but then it would be at least $1,000 a night, plus airfare. We stay here at least once a year when visiting my family, and we're very pleased. It is quite often fully booked, so book early.

The room was comfortable and the staff was welcoming and efficient. The hotel is near lots of shopping on the edge of Rio Rancho by north Albuquerque where I visited a friend after golf at Santa Ana Golf Club (about 20 minute drive to Santa Ana GC). It met all the requirements of a 2 star motel having a very limited breakfast, indoor pool, small refrigerator, microwave, and easily accessible ice machine. The window air conditioner was kind of loud.

Elective stay, simply to be near a regional hospital for a 5:30am surgery drop off and be available 4-5 hours later for pickup. Late checkout request was denied before any circumstances were able to be given. A one hour later check out is not an unreasonable, customer request

I stayed for a week in January 2020. Staff was always accommodating and helpful, rooms were clean and outside noise was minimal. Very quiet and convenient location. There were two bus loads of high schoolers staying at the same time as I was, but there was no outside noise or inconvenience. I visit family annually and have tried most of the hotels in Rio Rancho and this would be my choice for the next visit.

The hotel was nice and accommodations clean and comfortable. Just too many other guest sitting outside their rooms smoking pot; smell was overwhelming. Breakfast was very minimal with granola bars, rolls, juice, and coffee.

Clean rooms and pool. Comfortable beds and pillows. Fresh linens. Good price. We've stayed here every year for several years, when I go back to visit my family. The breakfast is currently terrible (a sack breakfast with a sweet granola bar and super sweet coffee cake, and only caffeinated coffee, though they'll give you decaf packets to make in your room) during covid craziness, but overall this is a good place and we'll continue to stay there every year.

was really upset that the pool and breakfast was not offered as it stated on the website. The room had a very bad odor even had to go buy air freshener and that did not help. The employees where very friendly just really upset about not being told about stuff prior to coming

This is a very nice little gem north of Albuquerque. Slightly off the beaten path of I-25, we found it clean, quiet, and comfortable. Obviously, due to the COVID-19 crisis, it was well underbooked, but the staff was, nonetheless, friendly, engaging, and extremely helpful. The checkin clerk, J.B., was courteous and professional and provided us with informative options for shopping, dining, etc. As is usually the case with these 2 & 3 star Wyndham properties, the motel is dated, but everything was functionally operational. We will stay here again, I am sure.

Sink area is completely out in the open separate from the bathroom. It made washing up difficult with other people in the room.

As Wyndham Resort TS owners we expected better than this hotel is. The rooms are very small, old, in need of fresh carpet and paint, but adequate. Sadly, this is one of the better hotels in Rio Rancho. So if you must be there, this is the place! It was quiet and though worn it was clean. Don't expect anything from the breakfasts, just a frozen artificial egg thing and waffles/cereal. No meat or fruit. Wecks is down the street and worth the wait to get in for breakast or lunch. On the plus side, the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. An Okay hotel in the midst of a lot of worse places.

The parking lot is well lite. We felt safe and will be staying there again in a few days.
