Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful 3 bedroom, two bathroom condo with a loft. We all fit comfortable. This is our fourth time here. It's walking distance to the ski resort as it's located right next door. And all activities located down the street. Great place to stay. Great staff. As they are always professional and friendly.

Host for Annual Red River Family Encampment

For over 20 years the Auslander Condos have hosted the preachers and teachers for the encampment. The management team and staff are super friendly and very helpful. Their service is superior to any comparable accommodation. Dustin and Dagon will bless your time in Red River, NM.

Ideal stay

Auslander condominiums was the perfect stay. I was there with a rather large group from my church, and we were pleased with our individual accommodations, and really excited about the large common area we were able to use for everyone to visit in during the evenings. Very proximate to the slopes, both of the main lifts were within walking distance, and everything was well-maintained. One of the hot tubs was broken when we got there, but they got it fixed before we left. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and kind, and i would definitely stay here again!

We are always grateful for being so close to the slopes - makes for a lot less hassle when you're just trying to get started skiing! Your patience with our hot tub down time was appreciated and hopefully you were able to utilize it before you left! Family of four ski visit

The Auslander staff is super friendly and responsive. The lady checking everyone in made each guest feel special and she went thru all the info as if it was her first time for the day. The location for ski in ski out is perfect. A quick walk across the street to the main lift or walk thru parking lot to the bunny slope and secondary lift. We walked everywhere and didn’t use our car for the five days we were there. Perfect location! Hot tub is great and fires in the pit outside we’re nice. Looked like mostly families staying there. We booked thru Airbnb and stayed in 14D. Downside to this unit is the extra stairs up to living area and the lack of outlets. No outlet in the bathroom ladies. The owner needs to replace the mattress on the pull out couch. Full kitchen to have meals in if you want. The loft bedroom was cool. Bathroom is a bit small and I would suggest two adults and two small kids or just two adults stay in this unit. Again it’s owned by an individual and nothing Auslander could do differently. They have wagons you can use when unloading/loading your car to wheel easily directly to your unit and that was super helpful. We would absolutely stay at Auslander again and book directly with them.…

Great location, clean and very nice people that helped when ever asked. Comfortable rooms, grocers near by as plenty of restaurants. Even had a family of deer greet us in the morning grazing in the yard!

Convenient lodging in Red River

My family of 2 adults and 2 teens spent 4 nights at Auslander this summer. We stayed in one of the condos and everything was clean and in good condition, including the kitchen items. Our only complaint was that none of us slept very well- the beds (queen bed and two twins) were not comfortable, and the second bedroom did not have any curtains (only white miniblinds) over an east-facing window, so it was extremely bright early in the morning. I think we would stay here again, but in a different condo and bring our own pillows. The condos are within walking distance to everything in Red River, especially the ski lift.

Wonderful Time!!!

Auslander Condominiums has all the amenities, hot tub, barbeques, fishing nearby. It is within walking distance to restaurants, trails, and the summer lift. The weather was lovely with aftenoon rain showers that cleared up before evening. We will definitely be back.

Family Reunion

Nice, clean accommodations. We were all placed close together which made easier to get together. There were games, firepit and gazebo. Loved how close we were to nature. It had great access to activities, restaurants and stores.

We Love The Auslander

Amazing location! Clean condos! Friendly staff! Love that it is off the beaten path but yet close walking distance to everything. We return every spring for a relaxing family vacation. Lots of wildlife (deer, chipmunks, etc) to watch. Super close to hiking trails. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Memorial Day weekend 2021

Auslander is a very convenient property with a short block or two walk to the main street through Red River New Mexico. The condos are clean, appropriately furnished, and everything works. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The grounds provide locations for outside recreation, cooking on gas grills, and watching local birdlife. The Pioneer trail starts right out the backdoor for folks interested in hiking. Bring your trekking poles to help cross the stream, which the trail does several times. Watch out for ATVs!

( FYI The Nature trail that starts near the Platinum Chair lift, which a few yards from the Auslander parking lot, follows the river along town is a nice hike, and no ATVs).
