Stayed 8-18/8-21. No hot water for shower. Had to wait an hour for hot water. Stain on carpet; spot in bathroom floor sagging; no maid service during 3 night stay. Very small parking lot. Bedroom dresser had seen better days. Not what I expected from photos on website. Disappointed.

Our room was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the staff was wonderful! During our stay my sister came down with a cold and I went to the front desk asking for honey, the employee then ran to the store and dropped off the honey at our door free of charge! I mean it if you stay anywhere else... More

We just spent 6 days in Red River and stayed in one of the Gibson cabins. We loved the location - easy to get to everything. The staff was very accommodating - anything we needed they were there. We loved being greeted by every morning by Carl. In the evenings the staff were there to build a fire in the... More

This was my first time to RR and the experience and it was awesome. Loved the great hospitality. Very family oriented ❤️ Would defiantly return. My favorite thing about this place was how friendly everyone was. From the mimosas and Bloody Mary morning bar to the pit fire s'mores at night. Absolutely Awesome!

My husband and I spent a few days here in Red River visiting a good friend . The accommodations were great and so quaint! Cecil totally made our weekend with the Bloody Mary's and such good advice on where to eat and hang out. Definitely book a few nights here if you're in town and ask for Cecil!!

I had an amazing birthday getaway at Hotel Ryland!! From the moment my family, friends, and I got there we welcomed with open arms. They made us feel like we were part of the family. The rooms were very clean, updated, and I even had a surprise gift basket for me and my dog Bailey! Saturday morning was filled with... More

I'm giving this hotel 4 stars only because they need to make some cosmetic improvements to the Summit View Penthouse which is where we stayed for 3 nights. Otherwise, our stay was great; the penthouse is huge and accommodated our 9 member party (including small children) very nicely. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is right in the heart... More

This was suppose to be a 50th Anniversary Celebration for my Aunt and Uncle. Unfortunately my Uncle passed away 3 weeks prior to our scheduled visit. When I called Hotel Ryland to let them know what happened, they were very compassionate and willing to work with any family members that needed to change their plans. Most of us decided to... More

First, we stayed in Cabins 116 & 117 and they need lots of work but supposedly this is being done later this year. The other two cabins have been done. We we there for a family reunion and the staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. There are swings and games outside for the kids, bikes to use (no charge),... More

Our family loved riding the bikes that were available to guests at no cost. We took them several different times on rides downtown. The location was nice and convenient. Carl made s'mores in the evening for anyone who gathered around the campfire. The room was okay...nothing fancy. We liked sitting outside eating our picnic lunches on the balcony watching everyone...
