Voted "Best Customer Service", we offer eight comfortable condos and a cabin, most with spectacular views of the Ski Area. Located 1/2 block from the Platinum Chair Lift and river. Flat screen TV's, Free WiFi. Two bedroom units have washers and dryers. Winter: On site first class ski/snowboard/accessory rentals. Quality service department. Oakley and Zeal sunglasses and goggles. Summer: Bike rentals and repair, fishing licenses and supplies, surrey rental. Bookings for horseback rides, jeep rentals, Cowboy cookouts and rafting trips! Open 7 days a week (yes, even holidays).

There is no better place to stay in Red River during ski season. Fourth time here and its better than ever. Room 402 which is where we have stayed everytime is big and very relaxing plus it has a wraparound patio which makes it nice after a day of snowboarding. The staff and the owners are always very nice, accomodating and extremely helpful. It is a 3 minute walk to the main lift and a very short walk to most restaurants and grocery store and T-Bucks for the best donuts. You never have to get in your car.

We had a great stay at the Sitzmark Lodge! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was great, and the bedding was very nice. We appreciated the outstanding staff members who made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. They also assisted with fly-fishing advice and supplies.

La Casita cabin is the nicest cabin my wife and I have found after many years of visits to Red River. The cabin is extremely clean and has everything you need. It is obvious the owners have put a great deal of effort (and money) into keeping this cabin in great condition.

We loved our stay. The rooms are updated, comfortable, and very clean! The view from the balcony is the best in Red River. The location cannot be beat. The grocery store, ice cream parlor, shopping spots, and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. This will be our “go to” place in the future.

We had the most wonderful experience. The BEST customer service! The staff even came to our condo to bring a very special lighter for an 8 year olds birthday cake/candles and sang HBD! It was one stop shop for all of our skiing equipment needs. We are looking forward to returning next year.

We absolutely love it here. The staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating. The owners are the kindest people. Rooms are always clean and no matter what season it is they help with any questions you have. The views from 404 are perfect!

Great location toward the north end of town. Clean spaces and well kept.
Friendly people downstairs in the ski shop. Grocery store across the street is a huge perk. Very comfortable rooms and beautiful views from the balcony. Don't miss coffee at Bearly Awake Coffee Co. while you're there.

We had the best experience with our room and rentals. Every single Sitzmark employee was friendly and helpful and made the whole trip pleasant. The lodge was very clean and had everything our family needed during our stay. We would definitely stay and rent here again!!

We had a wonderful experience with renting our ski gear. We already reserved ski gear for 3 adults and 1 kid. Smooth and easy process. Loved supporting a local business. They really enjoyed our 2 year old and kept calling him “little shredder”. Told us we needed to get him on the slopes. We had no plans to this year, but they included his ski gear at no charge. We are SO thankful they did, he loved getting out on the slopes for the first time. 🎿

We absolutely loved our stay at Thunderbird Lodge via Sitzmark. Our room was exceptionally clean and updated. The location is perfect and the climate made having no air conditioning no issue at all! What a nice break to sit and sleep with the windows open and enjoy the cool mountain air!

Thank you for your reservation! Room 503 does have it's own bedroom. Have a safe trip to the mountains!
