When we arrived, there was a blackout in the area because of all the rain. The staff was very nice about it (even though we saw a couple guests being difficult about the situation). The power returned quickly. The pool was too cold, so we hung out in the hot tub. The breakfast was good. The location to jump back...

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and when we had a problem with our reservation and they immediately fixed it. We will certainly stay at Quality Inn’s on future trips.

Clean, good WiFi, lots of cable channels, over and beyond the cheesy 12 or 15 you usually find in hotels. And half of those are usually sport channels. I was grateful for more channels to choose from. Pretty quiet except for a few hillbillies slamming doors and sounding like a herd of bison in the room above me. This is...

This place probably used to be better, but it's an older hotel. There is NO ELEVATOR TO 2ND FLOOR ROOMS! Queen double rooms have sink/vanity in the main room with the beds. None of us slept well on their beds, not comfortable. Breakfast was very generic and not kept up compared to other Choice hotels. No fresh fruit and limited,...

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Raton and found it to be pretty good. It was clean, well maintained, and quiet. Good breakfast, though not great. Excellent location near I-25 and gas station. Be sure to check prices on the internet before you go in so that you'll know whether to accept, negotiate, or walk out of the deal...

There is no elevator, so be sure that you get a first floor room if you don't want to climb steps. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good, Internet was good. Parking was good. I will stay there again.

Great property for our late night event in Raton. Standard Quality Inn. Good staff, ample parking - near I-25 onramp. Room clean and quiet for being close to the freeway (lightly traveled by most measures).

This was a typical Quality Inn with nice rooms and a good breakfast. I especially appreciated the large hot tub, after a long day driving. It was very clean, and nice and hot. I was able to have a great soak. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel was quite the night I stayed...

This hotel feels more like a $50 hotel than the $90 we paid. It stinks of cigarettes, some of the exterior walls are rotting, we left and stayed at the Best Western right next door, a little more money, but well worth it.

Thanks for your feedback. Our hotel is a non-smoking facility, I am not sure how you smell of smoke. We are getting the stucco work done sometime during the month. We have updated our hotel recently. If had done the research then our hotel is not $50 worth. I hope you consider staying her next time, we will make your...

Raton is a small town, but Amber, the front desk clerk, was EXCEEDINGLY helpful with an upcoming reservation that was becoming problematic. I had tried to contact Choice Hotels and the hotel we were going to stay at and kept getting the run around (Using the phone to call their service center is USELESS - as you get put onto...
