One of the most fabulous places we've stayed at. It was the best place we stayed at on our 30 day road trip! We stayed for three nights, and we didn't want it to leave. The facility is clean, the rooms are huge, the art work is fabulous, restaurants great, staff friendly, and the facility is well appointed! There is...

This resort is one of the most beautiful settings I have stayed at in a long time. The hotel is beautiful with breathtaking artwork throughout. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The property surrounding the hotel is beautiful. A combination of mountain scenes, trails to walk, boating options, golf, and even a zip line. This is on my bucket...

If you enjoy crisp cool mornings and evenings this is definitely a place to visit and stay. We had coffee out in the balcony in the morning and enjoyed beautiful sunrises. The room was nice but a little dated. Loved our experience!

The resort is nice. The beds are wonderful and the rooms were clean. Service is weak in all areas. Getting a wake up call can take hours, so get wake up calls submitted during check in. The casino is smokey, which is fine. I honestly didn't gamble because of it. The pool and hot tub are great. This is a...

Last year, I visited IOTMG and had a terrible time, due to pervasive cigarette smoke and unfriendly guests. I wrote a very critical review of the hotel. Our family visited the Resort again this past summer and we had such a great time. Most importantly, the smell of smoke was "almost" gone. In 2016, I couldn't get away from the...

This is a lovely resort and casino in Mescalero, NM on a Native American reservation. We spent two nights there while travelling with Mayflower Tours. My room was comfortable and conveniently located. I did not go to the casino. The decor is attractive throughout the resort. Wendell's, the fine dining restaurant served excellent food. I ate prime rib and it...

Great find in the New Mexico "mountains". Scenery is beautiful with lake views from rooms. Several food choices from high to mid-range. Three meals we had there were mediocre. Main attraction is casino or golf. If you don't enjoy either, no other attractions nearby. Service in restaurant was slow, indifferent and wouldn't be acceptable in major hotel.

As it was the end of October and unusually beautiful weather I played the Inn of the Mountain Gods golf course much to my delight. The rent clubs were Taylormade and better than my set which I think helped my game on an unknown course. It is well maintained and the greens and fairways were in great shape for the...

My mom and I made a weekend getaway to inn of the mountain gods. The scenery is gorgeous, the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable. However, the wait staff, reception clerks, and house keeping were incredibly rude and uninviting. If you asked for anything, you were served only with reluctance as if you were an inconvenience to them....
