The scenery is the only positive aspect of this "resort." If you want a scenic view, be prepared to pay more. Front desk staff is inattentive and curt. Buffet is absolutely terrible. Do not depend on the buffet as a dining option. I am convinced that if we were staying in a more expensive room for a longer period of...

We came here with friends from Roswell who are American Indians. They took us to this hotel for us to see the setting of this magnificent place. It took my breath away of the snow capped mountains and the lake with wildlife on it. People strolling along and others bird watching. We ate in the Tapas restaurant. The food was...

We stayed for 3 days while skiing at ski apache and had a great time. The casino was fine. We didn't win but it was still fun. The buffet was good and not overpriced. We had a room facing the lake and mountains. Our balcony was beautiful and they upgraded us for free.

Nice clean rooms. Excellent service in the casino. Sports bar a little slow on service. New tap house has good food and service. Great place to relax or play games. Slots looser at night than during the day.

Had a very enjoyable time on our stay. We have been going to Ruidoso 3 years in a row and by far this has been the best stay we have had. Staff is friendly and the room was very clean and everything worked properly. The casino is great but to my surprise no alcohol is allowed outside the provided areas...

It was so much fun. You don't even have to leave the hotel to have a great time. The pool was amazing. Great security. I was really impressed. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I went in the winter, but to my understanding there are even more options in the summer.

Love this place try to make it up at least twice a year winter and summer. Fishing is outstanding!!!! Pretty much catch my limit everytime I fish here. Once your hot your hot whether it be fishing or playing at the casino. Drinks are not overly priced too.
