Rooms were nice but could have been cleaner. Trash on floor. Asked for a late check out and got locked out of room. Food was good in the restaurant but service was slow. There was never more than one casket in casino which caused a line.

My friend and I went to see Brett Young and Granger Smith. We had an amazing experience and Joyce Waters our casino host makes our family so welcomed every time. We have had a great relationship that we’ve built with her and feel like she is part of our family in Mescalero!

Royal Suite - Master bath. 2nd bath is by the entrance.
We did have a negative experience at first with the check-in staff regarding our room but it was resolved the following morning. Other than that the staff in all area's except check in are very friendly and helpful.

How early should we arrive and where on the property is the Charley Pride concert venue?
I would suggest getting there a couple of hours early so can relax and get to your seats before the show starts. If you are staying the night, then get there at 2pm or 3pm or whenever Check In begins. The Concert Venue is part of the main complex.
