We never opened the mini bar and were charged for items in it. I noticed the charge but sometimes my husband does sneak in there so I did not dispute charge when I was checking out. My husband was at valet stand with luggage. After we got home, I asked him about charge and he said he never opened mini...

Great structure getting run down and neglected. Staff really acts like they could care less about the patrons. The smoke in the casino is truly horrible and heaven forbid you would like to get a refreshment while you are gaming....

We had a family reunion and a celebration for my father's 90th birthday. First of all, making reservations was a hassle. When we tried to get our rooms together, we were told that wasn't possible. My parents wanted their suite to be joined with our room. I was told this could happen and then during check-in, besides no eye contact,...

This resort and casino offer many options for fun and relaxation. The casino is located next to a lake and the view is breathtaking. You can take walks outside next to the lake or relax in the warm atmosphere in their lounge areas that have a chimney and music. The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable, and you...

On the second night of my stay, Around 2:15AM I was woken up by a loud party in the hallway right outside my room. The noisy crowd had checked into the room next to mine. I could hear laughter and loud voices coming thru the wall. I called the front desk and they said they would call security . After...

The Inn has a great view of Sierra Blanca and the other mountains. The buildings itself is very nice and authentic. Beautifully decorated. Be advised though, the casino is not a Smoke Free casino. I would have stayed longer however the thick cigarette smoke very off putting. We left with in an hour of our gambling session.

We had a lovely stay. The views are incredible! The room wasn't fancy but was very comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. The pool area was great with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. We would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the most fabulous places we've stayed at. It was the best place we stayed at on our 30 day road trip! We stayed for three nights, and we didn't want it to leave. The facility is clean, the rooms are huge, the art work is fabulous, restaurants great, staff friendly, and the facility is well appointed! There is...
