We stopped to mosey in Madrid as we drove the Turquoise Trail from Santa Fe to Albuquerque. The Java sign and the picnic tables in the yard were irresistible....coffee and pie?...SURE! The coffee was rich and smooth. The cherry pie just happened to jump on my plate. Sitting under an umbrella in the fenced in yard, sipping and munching while... More

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Java Junction B&B. It was a cold and snowy day, and my host was great - she let me check in early so I was able to get out of the weather and make myself comfortable. The self-contained apartment is really lovely. Light and airy, nicely appointed with its own balcony,... More

Located above a friendly coffee shop, the room has all of the amenities of a modern room in a historic building. Arts, culture, and history are all located within walking distance. Nicest owner that I have met!

I made my first visit to the Southwest in June/July 2015 to paint my way through Arizona and New Mexico. I found myself in the delightful, funky, artsy town of Madrid, NM and spent the night at Java Junction Bed and Breakfast. It is a nicely furnished studio apartment with kitchen, large bath tub, deck, and very comfortable bed. The... More

Stayed 1 night to sample Madrid's shopping and night life (limited). Very quiet at night. Dedicated parking spot. Bed was comfortable, Satellitte TV worked. Would consider staying there again. Ate dinner at The Hollar restaurant - 3 doors up the street. Everything is very close in Madrid. The town and Java Junction is very busy on weekends.

A very nice nights stay in artful Madrid, NM in a well appointed studio suite above the coffee shop. Awesome 6 foot soaking tub, a full kitchen and deck. Awaken to a beautiful sunrise and the aroma of coffee from downstairs. We will be back.

This quaint B & B was perfect for the two of us. It is located above the cutest coffee shop for miles, about halfway between Santa Fe and Albuquerque along the beautiful Turquoise Trail. The huge vintage bath tub provided an ideal relaxation after a long hike in the mountains. Beautifully decorated in lovely art from the locals, the space... More
