I was woke up twice at six in the morning to correct a billing mistake made by the Regal office. A little man yelling and banging on the window to correct his mistake, rude rude rude!!! The owner is greedy always trying to squeeze every penny they can out of the customer after advertising 40 dollars a night.

Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. When I called to book Mina was very friendly and gentleman working desk when we checked in was also friendly. $10 pet charge per room as opposed to $20 per pet at Super 8 down the street, which I cancelled worth due to that charge and it not being mentioned online when I... Wow.Got cheap room to meet hubby halfway home from a trip..checked me into dirty room and then tried to make me feel bad about asking for a clean room.A young man actually was abusive in his behavior and that same man tried to barge into my room under the "housekeeping" cause with no warning at 8:00a.m..Chain on door saved my... We checked into the Regal for one night on our way to the midwest. And this was the only place in town as there was a movie being filmed in town so all the "chain" hotels were booked. Upon viewing another crummy motel up the street, we settled on this one. So old and run down. I opted to sleep... More

The on duty manager checked me into a room that had not been cleaned. The TV remote had a layer of grime ... but the TV itself was very nice ... but no channel listing. The walls are paper thin - you will hear everything said in the next room. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. There was a... More

I felt the Regal was a little overpriced for how dirty and rundown the room was. But it was spacious, had a microwave and fridge, and coffee in the lobby in the am. The place was a little dirty for me, and I can handle some filth... so I did not shower and did not sleep under covers. But the... More

Service was good, not a busy night, was upgraded to a King. The rooms are tired looking, older, but was clean, and bed was comfortable. For me not a good nights sleep, as the heater would wake me when it came on and the next door guest took shower around 5 a.m. The breakfast consisted of dry cereal, muffins, and... More

On the way home from Arizona we has made reservations to stay the night. We were treated with some of the best customer service we have had in a long time. Very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and welcoming. Not the Ambassador suit but great for the money. Breakfast was good, we showed up a little late but... More

The owner of this motel was working the desk on Friday night March 25 2016 after the Raton Pass at Colorado Border was closed to snow blizzard and accidents, She did not raise the reasonable nghtly rate unlike other motels that knew there was no motels in area for closed highway traffic. Great OWNER!!!

Just so happened to call it a night while driving cross country, and came across this gem. Once I found out it was where, 'No country for old men' had filmed one of the best scenes. Now I am in my planning phases of another roadtrip and am considering booking a room in advanced.
