There were some things that we were not entirely satisfied with. The main one was the restaurant, if they could even call it that. It was more like a side room with only one poor woman working in it. They give you a menu & you order from that - pretty expensive for what we got - cold bagel, little tub of cream cheese brought later; eggs/bacon were good. The pool was fun the first day, but on Sunday there were large numbers of people in family groups - felt a little unsafe with Covid & I'm sure they were not all guests. The room could have had a TV channel guide & some information about the area. I have learned over the years to request maid service early when I leave. I requested 9AM & changed it to 10AM - when we got back to room in the afternoon, our room was not made up - hate this! They did honor my request for "up high, near elevator". The front desk staff was friendly. Luggage cart had a flat tire when leaving, could not find one when arriving. Overall will probably try to find a newer place to stay next time.

Room Tip: Ask for high up away from street side near elevator.

Hotel's Favorite
We stay here several times each year traveling back and forth between TX and WY. That said we love this place. Always welcoming, accommodating with changes to our plans, friendly, beautiful, offer good deals and honor them liberally. Many food options nearby, and great in-house restaurant and bar (if desired), also room service is available. I think they are pet friendly, though we do not travel with pets. The pool and patio areas are spectacular. Terrific for passing through or a destination. Easy to get in and out. Also, a Heritage site. Bottom line: a memorable stay indeed

Carefully check your Bill this hotel chain advertises one rate and charges a higher rate on check out. This property is tired. Staff are friendly and it’s conveniently located near I-25 but that’s all it’s for going for it. Classifying this property as a resort is a stretch. It’s on the only visit again if you have no choice list.

It’s as pretty as the pictures but with covid not as lively. The pool patio is great place to lounge or do laps. Nice rooms comfy beds. The restaurant closed Monday abs Tuesday but breakfast was delicious and we sat on beautiful outdoor patio; good burrito , great string coffee and charming server. Would happily return. Also bonus dog friendly.

+1
we came here for a weekend getaway, and we had a great time! the lobby and entrance is so beautiful. The front desk staff was so friendly the entire time. We had a few maintenance issues in our room, so we notified the front desk and they were all fixed by the time we got back after dinner. The bathroom are renovated and are very nice. We were here in early March, so it was still cold but we plan on coming back to use the pool. It is beautiful and has plenty of space to lounge. Highly recommend this hotel, it is such a good value!
