The Encanto was elegant without being fancy. The staff was superb. We needed a microwave and a refrigerator and it was delivered immediately. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the waitpeople and bartender were so friendly and hospitable!!

Stayed here to be close to White Sands Nat’l Park. Customer service was AmAZiNG! This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that texts you right before check-in and said text us back if you need anything during your stay. I texted when towels were out at the pool, and they IMMEDIATELY texted back with a friendly reply and came down with fresh towels within 5 minutes. Great fitness center with windows looking out toward the pool. I told an employee that the water jug was out in the fitness room, and she immediately stopped what she was doing to find someone replace it. Service and breakfast food in restaurant was great. Pool was fantastic with outdoor fireplace and hot tub. *My only complaint is that they have rooms with 2 doubles instead of 2 Queens. The rooms are plenty big enough to fit queens. Doubles are just too small!…

Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Food was Great in both restaurants. Much appreciated . The lobby shop has all kinds of fun finds. The pool was very large and very nice view of landscape. Perfect for family, business or anyone to stop and experience.

Best pillows ever!!!!!!! Very nice rooms, very attractive lobby, pool and hot tub, exceptional fitness room. There are meeting roms and breakout rooms, a restaurant (with short hours - don't count on having breakfast there although I'm told that it'll be open every day for breakfast it wasn't when I was there on a Monday) Comfortable anc very clean hoel. Dog friendly.

Our District Rotary training event for Presidents-Elect was held this year at this beautiful hotel. More than 70 participants attended. As the event manager, I worked closely with hotel staff and found everyone to be friendly, available and exceedingly helpful. Staff also paid close attention to special needs of our guests. Food was good and assistance with room set up was outstanding. Thanks to hotel staff, everything went smoothly and I received numerous delighted comments from our attendees! I will definitely be back!

We stayed at Hotel Encanto after hiking Dripping Springs. There is a mall across the street from the hotel with busy streets around it, but once you step inside, it’s peaceful, beautiful, and you’d never guess all the hustle and bustle was going on around it. That makes it a convenient little paradise! The staff was welcoming and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. A great stay!

Beautiful place. Stayed on 7th floor with fabulous view of the Organ Mts. But the highlight of our stay was dining at Mezcal. I am pretty picky and was totally amazed at the culinary artistry. I don’t use that word casually. The chef is an artist using flavors as a palette. The charcuterie board and the cocktails were above & beyond and the Spanish almond cake dessert was a taste adventure. I am inspired! Bravo! Worth every penny!!

I really enjoyed my first stay at Hoel Encanto. We ate in the bar when we arrived and our bartender made me a special mocktail. The fish tacos and chocolate crème brûlée were excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the cantina with local friends was also good and everyone at our table appreciated the bottomless coffee. I will be back when the weather is warmer to enjoy your beautiful pool. Gracias!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was above our expectations and the service we received was beyond anything we could have hoped for! I love the text message platform for communication, we were able to advise them of our early arrival with no complications, we sent a text asking for extra towels and blankets and on both occasions the items were at our room before we completed the text conversation, fastest service I've ever experienced in a hotel! The grounds are immaculate, the amenities were perfect and we couldn't get enough of the heated pool, fireplace and firepit! We recently had family move to Las Cruces and we hope the property is available on our next visit because we will definitely be staying with y'all again!
