I have reviewed many hotels and always try to keep an open mind, but this hotel just continues to disappoint. We booked on line and chose it from four hotels situated in a row . It was the least expensive so we booked. After talking to guests in the adjacent hotels, I really Goofed . The walls and ceilings are... More

While Value Place isn't a luxury hotel, it deserves five stars for what it is: a clean, safe, reasonably priced hotel. The rooms include a nice kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets and counter space. My partner and I stayed here for two weeks before moving into our apartment. When we entered the room for the first... More

I am in Las Cruces for work every few months and I will be staying at this location exclusively going forward. I also put up several of my sales people this month at this location and by all accounts they were all very satisfied. Having a kitchenette at your disposal should you choose to use it is a very nice... More

Very cost effective. For a single bed (full size) after taxes it was 266 for 7 nights. Rooms are very clean. Full size fridge. 2 burner stove. No dishes at all unless you pay extra. Beds are not very soft, but they are new. Flat screen tv. Plenty of room to hang cloths. We are here for work so we... More

Bare bones describes this hotel. No tissues; no cups; no hooks to hang clothes on; small, hard bed; no extra pillows. I guess for the price it was okay. Average. But if you plan to stay or cook there, bring everything! We had to buy cups and Kleenex. Upon check in on a Saturday at 5, I had to ring... More

The staff at the front desk are nice and informant. When we loaded our luggage on the luggage cart all but one tire was almost flat. At several points we thought about unloading the cart and taking up the bags without it. What a workout but the room was clean and well equipped.

It's a nice place. Not bad for the price. The desk people are courteous and the rooms are nice. Bring dishes as there are none if you plan to cook there on the two burner stove. I was there a week and had no problems.
