We stayed for a week in October and we're initially impressed with the freshly sealed asphalt. But, after using the guest showers and laundry it became apparent that the building maintenance needs go unaddressed, such as cleaning and maintaining the coin-operated washing machines (4 of 6 work), cleaning shower and laundry ventilation (clogged), dilapidated mens shower stalls, and trimming tree branches that overhang internal roads. In addition, the park has puncture vine (goat head) and our site had fire ants. Staff were not particularly helpful or receptive to feedback, hence this review.

This is an RV Park, not a resort. The office is very nice and they did well on that. The jacuzzi is of decent size, and the entire facility is well kept and clean. A swale area that is a good run area for the dogs as long as it doesn't rain (in which case, they might need some swimmies). Outside of the freeway noise, the location is pretty good, but that's about it. Prices are comparatively high for what you get, the staff, although nice, are not very accommodating, i.e. to request a north facing spot, even though they just had overnighters stay in them was denied . No set up for Halloween or Dia Da Los Muertos, when asked why, one asked me if I wanted to set it up...I'm a paying guest! The "Fitness Room" is cheesy with a flat bench that is dangerous, and someone will get injured using it, most of the equipment must be from a yard sale. Our spot had two mostly dead bushes, that had been like that for quite some time. Partially fenced, and a short rock wall on one side, zero security. I even had to check on a guy laying in the dirt on the open field outside the unfenced area to make sure he wasn't OD'd. No pool, no game room, no play structure, no outside sport or game area, not really anything to do like an actual "Resort". Again... THIS IS NOT A RESORT, and it is misrepresentation, this is an OK RV park! Suggestion, change the name to RV park, lower the price, or make it into a resort.

What an excellent RV Park! This park has sparkly clean hot individual showers with hair dryers. The restrooms are also super clean. The park itself has pull-through and back in sites which are all relatively level. Full hook ups are standard in all sites and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The office is large and includes a gift shop, patio, and sitting area plus the staff is super friendly and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay.

The park is very well setup. Clean and long wide spaces. Very nice. While the office staff was very helpful over the phone their follow through was poor. I informed them twice in one day that we had vehicle issues so we would need a late arrival. When we arrived there was no late arrival pack for us and the space they had assigned to us when we made the reservation was occupied.

This used to be a very well maintained RV park but has lost its allure under current ownership, which is disappointing. We have stayed here many times as a one-two night stay over the past 15+ years. Need to freshen up the grounds, remove dead landscaping, re-paint site numbers, etc. We did not use the laundry/restrooms.

In my opinion this park is an RV Park not a resort. We parked here for a month and found the only amenities to be a park store selling souvenirs, an exercise room and a hot tub with only half the jets working. I was disappointed in the lack of enforcement of the park rules. The rules state under 21 not allowed in the hot tub, but three times we went there, young kids were in the hot tub. When I mentioned it to a parent they pointed at a contradictory sign on the back of the gate that stated children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Where as the front of the gate and the park rules given at check in state 21! People also drive way to fast in the park and the area we were parked in was a revolving door with most people only staying 1 or 2 nights. This made for interrupted sleep as every morning there were people packing up and pulling out especially if it was the person parked right behind us only a couple of feet away as the sites are back to back. Then when some one pulled out, they would rake the “gravel” or should I say dirt as not much gravel left at all. The dust was constant with so much turn over. Also someone wrote about compute problems in another review and I too experienced problems with my compute shutting down as well. Pros.. Easy in and out with minimal freeway noise and a train sometimes in the distance. Good overnight but not a resort to stay at for a month!

We have stayed at the Hacienda RV Resort 8 times. Last time we stayed in January 2023 I noticed a difference. Our cable TV was terrible. We called the office and someone came out and told us we needed a new cable. We had just used this cable the three nights before at different campgrounds with no problem. We bought a new cable and had no improvement. Also when I tried to use my computer it kept shutting down for security reasons. I thought I would get it checked at our final destination. I didn't have to because it worked fine at the next campground. We checked in yesterday staying at a campsite on the other side of the park from the first site we stayed in January with the same exact problem. Called about the cable and they said they had not had a complaint and I said I am complaining. Never sent anyone to check it out. My husband took his tools out and tried to fix it; Again the channels were very fuzzy. The same thing happened to my computer. Kept shutting down. I am at a different campground now with no problem at all. I believe someone near the campground is trying to hack into computers at the campground. I am very disappointed because Hacienda is a convenient location. I feel like they are making no improvements and not taking care of the issues at hand.

Staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Specifically asked about a late check out was told for a $25 fee could check out at 4pm. Made days plans for the 4pm checkout to be told that because it was a holiday (New Years Eve which is not a federal holiday) I wouldn’t be allowed a late check out and was asked to be out of the park by noon. No apology whatsoever for days plans ruined. Due to lack of knowledgeable staff and lack of communication with customers I won’t stay at this park again.

We are eating 1 because the worst surface we have ever parked on. Ground is somewhere between sand and small pebbles. Keep sweeping off mat and shaking entrance mat. With window open super fine particles of white everywhere. Take off shoes but vacuum frequently. Beyond annoying

This is a newer park with asphalt roads and a packed gravel/sand space. They are somewhat close but have a nice privacy screen. The showers and laundry were clean. The only problems were minor--broken security latch on men's shower room door. Wasn't so much a problem, just something that they should get fixed. Garbage is left tied in a bag at the front of the campsite/rv space for pickup by park staff. This is close to I-10 in Goodyear near Las Cruces--easy on and easy off. We had no problem with any noise. This is definitely a place we'll return to as we travel through the area. If we want to stay longer near Las Cruces, this would be an excellent place to linger. There is plenty of maneuvering room.
