RV park is clean, quiet and well located. The staff is friendly and the store is stocked with southwest treats. There’s a large, clean hot tub, clean restrooms/showers and a book/DVD exchange in the meeting room that I look forward to with each visit.
The lots are level with crushed rock. Bring an outdoor rug or the grey powder from the crushed rock gets tracked in your RV. WiFi is weak.

Decided to stay at a Park in our travels instead of boondocking for the night. Was a little disappointing that we had to fill out a form with all our info. and wait for a call to see if they had availability. I know we were planning something last second, but having to wait for their call was a little nerve racking. We were eventually able to book one of their last spots for the night just a few hours before we arrived.
When we did arrived, they had already charged my card and had all our check-in paperwork ready. Although the staff was very minimal, it was very easy and the employee explained exactly how to get to our pull through with ease.
It was a very busy park. After we had set up, I was sitting in my living room and one after another, rigs kept coming in. We were on the end of a row right at the enterance, so we saw and heard everybody go by.
Since it was only for the night, we did not see or do much, but it seemed very clean and well maintained. I even noticed that the next morning they had someone smoothing out the rocks and making each site look like you are the first one to use it. I have never seen that anywhere in our travels.
I also liked the Dog run. It was at the end of the park, and it was about 5 steps down from ground level into it's own little area... stone walls on either side and a pebble ground with some trees... I would guess about 20' wide and about 100yrds. just nice and quiet little spot where dogs can be free to roam.
All and all I believe it is a nice place to stay and we would return..... and try to give more notice!

We have stayed at this RV resort annually for past 5-6 years. The park is clean with individual showers and clean laundromat services, Sites are level, and they provide daily trash pickup from the curb. The virus and reduced business may have contributed to apparent reduced maintenance, especially noticeable in the need for upgrade in the shower and bathroom facilities and paint on posts at the sites. The major continuing problem, which I don't understand why they do not fix, is lousy wifi service, despite claims to the contrary. Being a 'premium' park and not providing the advertised service is confusing, at best. When I asked at front desk about service, they claimed it was due to being full or near full. However, I still could not access the service at 4:15am, when most are sleeping, or mid-day when campground occupancy is at its lowest.

When entering the park we noticed some tree sided spots. When I inquired to get one, I was told there weren't any shaded sides. We were placed in a West facing, middle space. There are no garbage cans anywhere! If you are walking with a cup or after dinner item it must be taken to your site and all is picked up at the site at noon. So if you have stinky trash be prepared to hang onto it. Gravel spaces, slightly close. It was 107 it's not a place to sit out for sure. No pool, but an outdoor hot tub.. Premises are clean, and cater to long term. When returning to this area, I would consider the RV park next door. The downtown area is a mile away, for walking and shopping Disappointed in the land of Enchantment!

Competent, courteous staff. CLEAN resort, sites are level and covered in fine gravel.
No goat-heads (vicious puncture vines) to pierce dogs’ or your feet. Conveniently located near I-10 and the sound from the freeway was not bothersome depending where parked. I wasn’t even cognizant of it.
Lots of amenities and things to do. On top of all that, there is no need to hunt down the trash bin because trash is collected at your site daily. I would stay here again. It’s a nice place!

We stayed for 5 days at the Hacienda RV Resort and thoroughly enjoyed Las Cruces. It is just off I-10 and convenient to I-25 with easy on and off access. As such, you should expect to hear traffic noise – we were just 4 sites in and heard the road noise but did not find it an issue. The office engagement was very efficient and the staff were professional and courteous. It was easy to maneuver through the park and when you found you space, it was neatly raked gravel (yes, you will bring dirt into your rv in the desert south west!).

The set up was nice where share utilities on the passenger side and a fence/bush barrier on the passenger side. We were fortunate to have a view of the mountains from our dinette window. The bathrooms were nice and kept clean though only one toilet and one urinal for the men but 4 sinks. The laundry facilities were nice and they had a set of narrow dog runs which were good for the furry friends. There was some dog poop in the runs but I always blame the rude and irresponsible owners, especially when poop bags are provided. I rated it a 5 although I would have opted for a 4.5 if I could have when comparing to other parks I have been to. All in all, a good place to stay and would stay here in the future.

Staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Specifically asked about a late check out was told for a $25 fee could check out at 4pm. Made days plans for the 4pm checkout to be told that because it was a holiday (New Years Eve which is not a federal holiday) I wouldn’t be allowed a late check out and was asked to be out of the park by noon. No apology whatsoever for days plans ruined. Due to lack of knowledgeable staff and lack of communication with customers I won’t stay at this park again.

We love this place. Staff are welcoming, friendly, competent, and flexible as travel plans change. Entire park is asphalt with small, crushed rock, very level sites. Sites are dragged after each visitor leaves. Exceptionally clean. Access to bathrooms and laundry after hours via key card. Reasonably priced for quality received. Close to I-10. Independent showers but very small with no place to sit. Provides discounts to area restaurants. WiFi was very intermittent, despite staff claims that it is working fine ... a problem noted on our previous visits. It is very puzzling why such a quality park can't seem to fix this problem. We will be back.

We have stayed at this property annually for the past 6-8 years. We stayed when new management took over. Unfortunately, this also coincides with visible signs of decreased attention to maintenance and continued lousy internet service. Most of the equipment in the exercise room was broken, countertops in men's shower rooms in desperate need of renovation, men's bathroom had a broken latch on toilet paper holder, broken fluorescent light over sinks, and need for significant caulking on sinks and countertops. The internet service continues to be bad. The front desk blames having too many customers. I know of no other business than campgrounds that blames too many customers for lousy service. Why the best campground in this area continues to not address this issue is very puzzling, but now adding maintenance issues suggests a deeper issue.

We have stayed at the Hacienda RV Resort 8 times. Last time we stayed in January 2023 I noticed a difference. Our cable TV was terrible. We called the office and someone came out and told us we needed a new cable. We had just used this cable the three nights before at different campgrounds with no problem. We bought a new cable and had no improvement. Also when I tried to use my computer it kept shutting down for security reasons. I thought I would get it checked at our final destination. I didn't have to because it worked fine at the next campground. We checked in yesterday staying at a campsite on the other side of the park from the first site we stayed in January with the same exact problem. Called about the cable and they said they had not had a complaint and I said I am complaining. Never sent anyone to check it out. My husband took his tools out and tried to fix it; Again the channels were very fuzzy. The same thing happened to my computer. Kept shutting down. I am at a different campground now with no problem at all. I believe someone near the campground is trying to hack into computers at the campground. I am very disappointed because Hacienda is a convenient location. I feel like they are making no improvements and not taking care of the issues at hand.
