Decided to try something different and actually we are glad we did, for starters I think it was John if I remember his name correctly that showed us our room and around the hotel. The pool is nice, nothing fancy, the only thing is that it closes at night fall, but that's when the live music started with a pretty... More

I surprised my husband with a Valentine's get-away & booked a casita for two nights. I knew it was only a queen but we liked the privacy, but after checking out the tub, I noticed it was dirty, had numerous "size" hairs. When I went to front desk the lady ( not sure if she was the manager or owner)... More

So I read the comments and understand where many of you are coming from but in the end I believe the good far outweighs the bad. So the owner does not exude professionalism.... So what? Look at what you get at such a reasonable price. The rooms are great, the rest of the staff is wonderful and the food is tolerable.... More

We were disappointed that the B&B where we wanted to stay was closed. But as we were looking around, we saw this place and decided to try it. The only thing we didn't like was they took a picture of our credit card and driver's license, although apparently this did not cause a problem. We wandered around the property with... More

Where do I start. It when down hill as soon as I checked in. I asked John if I could have a 12:00 check the next day, he said it shouldn't be a problem but would have to ask "Cali" the owner. So went up to my room, hubby and changed clothes to go dinner at the restaurant in the... More

Hubby and I thought about staying the weekend. I didn't stay here, I was part of a parade in town. I wasn't feeling well and stopped by to see if there was a water fountain. They young man at the desk brought me a glass of water. The owner told him something and said griped to me about how the... More

I have been to Meson de Mesilla in the past several times in the past. Great view, location is ideal, and the food is hit or miss. The only saving item in this hotel is the friendly staff. Who go above and beyond to make your stay or visit pleasant. The only draw back is the owner Cali. If your... More

So much wasted potential. Great location, view, setting. The most recent owner is the problem. Period.. Wait until she leaves. This is the only boutique hotel in the Las Cruces area and is a potential gem. Every local who has been there, practically, will never return. The owner sat down at our table, we were the only customers as always... More

Stayed here for 3 days after Memorial Weekend Holiday. Room was nicely furnished and clean. Staff was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We ate in the restaurant for 1 dinner meal and lunch and the food was very tasty. My only complaint was the TV was limited in channels and the few they had was nothing that I... More

My Wife and I stayed here once before and decided to try it again.First, the hotel can be a little hard to find if you are not from the area as it sits back away from the road and there is not a sign.Next, when you check in they will ask you for a credit card that can be used as a... More
