My non-smoking room had been updated. There was no carpet but fake hardwood floor which is fine. Had a moderately sized flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable. My complaints about this facility are these: 1- The floors were not that clean, left over hair from previous guests throughout, not a lot but enough to make me question how much... More

This was a comfortable hotel (for the price), but I would advise visitors to the area to stay in another town. I quit counting trains blaring after 20---or was it more?---It wouldn't have mattered if we had stayed at the most expensive hotel in the area as there was no way not to hear the trains blaring their horns/whistles all... I stayed here 5 nights, checked out to go to Sante Fe, then checked back in for 3 more nights. Hotel is a great value. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean. There's a refrigerator, microwave, safe, iron and board. Rooms are large. Staff is friendly. I recommend highly and will stay here again.

We only stayed here because it was late and we were referred from the full Best Western (same owner). It seemed clean but in need of some serious handyman skills. There were holes and bare spots in the sheetrock among the other neglected upkeep issues like a lot of weeds growing outside. The outer door didn't close very easily and... More

I booked it because I was traveling through and wanted an inexpensive place to stay but I wish I had spent a little more for something nicer. The parking situation was kinda weird but we did find a spot near our room. The room wasn't very clean and we had a roach in the room. Just one but one is... More

Rather rude receptionist booked us in. Room was a suite and spacious, it contained a kitchenette with absolutely nothing in it! Suite was dark and looked over back parking lot. Decors was dated, beds were comfortable and hotel itself was quiet. Unfortunately like almost all motels in Gallup it is situated right next to the railway line with trains day... More

WOW! It was clean and very spacious. The staff was excellent. The bathroom was magnificently large with a great shower. It was more than we could have ever asked for. My only complaint would be the small parking lot, however, we managed.

A year prior we had stayed at this hotel while enroute to Arizona and was given a free upgrade to a king sized suite. It was great. And I wrote a great review. The room at that time was recently renovated and all was good. This year we got an adequately spacious double queen room on the ground floor on... More

The hotel is pretty rundown, it's in a shady part of town. Someone was trying to steal stuff from the back of a guys truck during the night who was at the hotel. Rooms are huge with full kitchen, dining room, living room. But dirty. Wouldn't walk around barefoot. Carpets appear as though they are rarely cleaned. Breakfast was too... More
