I haven't learned yet that a person usually gets what they pay for when it comes to hotels and motels. I picked the Farmington Inn based off its low price. The front desk clerk was friendly. We wanted a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room that didn't smell of smoke to bad at all. It appeared the clerk... More

I can see why it is no longer associated with Travelodge. The first room we where assigned, the door would not open properly. A shoulder to it opened , then after entering could not exit after closing the door. The lock bolt would not retract. They assigned us another room with two double beds. The bath door could not be... The motel is under new management and they are making improvements. Conveniently located next to a park with picnic tables and playground equipment. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. It had a new flat screen TV, new carpet and new tile in the bathroom, but the furniture looked high mileage. That said, this is an older property the... More

When I drove in, I saw that it was "under new management" and that it is not Farmington Inn eventhough when I booked it was a Travelodge. I would have preferred the Travelodge. My I tired to check in, the reception desk was unattended. I waited for 20 minutes before someone showed up. Then I got attitude from that staff... More

I found this property through another hotel "booking" site. The check in was fast and uneventful. The clerk's service was within the acceptable standard but nothing stellar. I paid $35 for a clean room, a comfortable bed and a hot shower in the morning. The continental breakfast had the usual fare. I was back on the road after a 12... More

Older motel with sound proof walls! Next door to the Village Inn restaurant. The restaurant was excellent. The motel staff was excellent. The bed seemed to be new. The bathroom was remodeled and super clean.

We found mold in shower, hair in beds, the pillows were horribly flat, the fan smelled like smoke when the heater turned on, and we got to hear some great details of a fight outside door from crackheads!!! I would drive an extra 50 miles to find something better

We stayed here because of the price. Most of the other hotels around have pretty high rates, and we just needed to be here for a couple days while visiting my sister. Upon pulling up, the first impression wasn't that great. It looked a bit old, but once we got into the room, it was a different story. We walked... More
