We booked three nights at the La Quinta in Farmington (1) because La Quinta is pet friendly and (2) we needed a base for day visits to Chaco Canyon National Park and Mesa Verde National Park. Before arriving at the La Quinta, Farmington, we had stayed in La Quintas in Pensacola, Shreveport and Amarillo (because La Quinta is pet friendly).... More

We stayed in La Quinta for one night in June 2013 while visiting the nearby town of Shiprock. For what we needed: a clean room, comfortable bed and convenient location, La Quinta hit all three marks perfectly. The room felt nice and new, the AC unit was more advanced than you'd normally find at a motel and the bed was... More

Nice hotel. A good jumping off spot to southern Utah or southern Colorado. Nice, well kept hotel, with good rooms. No funny smells. Nice staff, and a nice breakfast. Good value for the money. We did have trouble getting our Ipad to work on the hotel WiFi, I don't know if it was a problem on the Ipad or hotel... More

We started our trip to Farmington booked into the travelodge down the road. After spending a few hours there and fearing for our lives in what can only be described as a crack den, we came to the Laquinta late that evening. The staff were so helpful and pleasant and quickly organised our stay. The rooms are immaculate, decent size... More

We just needed a one night stop while traveling through New Mexico. The La Quinta is easy to access in Farmington. It is an older property but well taken care of and a very reasonable price. My only concern would be older people or people with limited mobility make sure you get a room on the ground floor. There is... More

We've stayed in several LQ recently, but this one is more along the lines of a roach motel. It seems like a trucker stop, and I wouldn't stay here again, especially with children. We arrived late at night, and there were transients pacing throughout the parking lot. The person at the front desk didn't even get up from their stool... More

Catherine checked me in and found me a room with a fridge at no extra charge. Rooms are basic but are a good value. The room met all my needs and I have no complaints. Basic continental breakfast is included with room charge.

I called and made a reservation and when I arrived they said it had been cancelled and they were full. I had luckily saved the confirmation number and was about to have a hissy fit. She finally found a room. Stand your ground! Room was clean. Breakfast was just barely ok. I will not be back.
