A scrumptious complimentary, full Southwest Buffet Breakfast is served daily. Other complimentary services include WiFi, cable television, Tesla charging stations and parking. There is an extensive library with books and games for guest use, and a large common living room and dining room. The Inn’s gift shop features local arts and crafts. Property's Favorite Review
So much better than staying at an impersonal hotel, the Casa Blanca Inn & Suites really made our stay in Farmington.
The Inn is a sprawling property that provides comfort and privacy. Our room was spacious and gave out onto a patio with a small table for us to enjoy our afternoon wine. The property was abundant in rose bushes and trees just coming into bloom.
I loved that authentic retro green tile in the bathroom with two sinks as well as a tub and a shower.
The best was the breakfasts and the energetic Becky who made warm dishes as well as provided cereals, fruits, yogurt, and breads for toast.
At breakfast we met interesting fellow travelers and shared tips on what to see and how to see it. We even met two gentlemen from Paris France who were sampling what they called "the Wild West."
If you have a choice stay at Casa Blanca and meet Becky and her niece Jessica.

+1
I grew up in Farmington and came back for a visit. The Casa Blanca Inn is the best place in town with delicious homemade breakfasts for all dietary needs. The manager is a true gem with a friendly open personality who makes the stay comfortable and welcoming. You can rent out a private house for the whole family, complete with a full kitchen and courtyard, or a suite or private room. Wonderful decor!

This was one of the best lodging experiences I have ever had! (been traveling for 50-plus years)
The hosts are amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Rooms are super clean and inviting, with beautiful decor. The grounds are landscaped beautifully, with water features and lots of outdoor spaces & seating to enjoy. Breakfast was made to order and delicious! This is truly a GEM, and not to be missed if traveling the Four Corners area! I recommend staying a few nights!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the historic downtown for dinner. The breakfast was basic but good, nothing gourmet by any means. The room was cozy but the bathroom was in need of some attention. The door handle is taped onto the door! And, the paint was peeling pretty badly from the ceiling. Not what you would expect from a nice B&B. Our room was next to the kitchen. Next time I would choose a different room.

There is so much potential for this quaint inn. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review in hopes that it will improve guest service. My husband and I booked a one week stay at Casa Blanca Inn in Farmington NM over the Christmas Holiday to visit family. We drove from Dallas (13 hour trip) and arrived late around 10:30PM. Upon arrival we discovered an unlit parking area on the street with very little room to park our vehicle.
The staff had a late check-in envelope ready for us so we made our way to the Courtyard Room in hopes of having a restful night following our travels. We entered the room and discovered a significant amount of dust and debris on the headboard, floor surrounding the bed and lampshades. I understand that these details can be missed but with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in mind these obvious cleanliness shortcoming caused us to seriously doubt the actual health and safety precautions that are being taken for guests.
We tried to overlook this issue and decided to shower for the night. Following a less than satisfactory shower experience I pulled back the sheets on the bed and discovered a stain we believed to be blood droplets. Then, a white crusty stain was discovered on the next layer of blankets. Unacceptable.
Upon this finding at 11:17PM I called the number listed for after hours service. No answer. I left a detailed voicemail and asked for a remedy. I called again a few minutes later, still no answer. I then sent an email with photos attached and requested assistance. We decided to book another room elsewhere, packed up and left.
I received a call back at 7:30AM during which I did not receive a single apology. I was asked to repeat our issues and was met with a dismissive tone as if our expectations were too high.
Another staff member called around 10:00AM, again no apology, same dismissive tone. They let me know that they are the only two staff members and they do all the cleaning themselves and are “only human”. I was told the best they could do was a $300 refund for our nearly $1000 total charge due to their cancellation policy needing 10 days notice. This is not a typical cancellation, rather a dissatisfaction with the regard for hospitality standards of cleanliness, security and comfort. I was told if we get the owner involved they could not guarantee a refund of any amount. Eventually the staff agreed to a 50% refund. I still find this to be an unacceptable resolution.
I wish we had been met with a sincere apology and genuine care for our satisfaction.

This was extremely disappointing. We were “upgraded” to a casita—not shown on website—that was billed as having a hot “tube”, i.e., tub, and the place was depressing. The shower head had been cobbled together and fell apart. Windows were dirty, curtain torn, and the breakfasts were basically inedible—butterscotch chips in French toast, tater tots, all kinds of pre-fab ingredients. The only good thing about the place was that it was quiet—away from the highway that runs through Farmington. Which is not exactly an ideal destination anyway, but is a great jumping off place for Mesa Verde, Chaco Canyon, etc.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a “home base” while we toured the gorgeous sites of the area. Farmington doesn’t have much to recommend itself in terms of restaurants, shops, etc., but that wasn’t our goal. We wanted a nice comfortable place to end each long travel day.
This B&B gets high marks for its location, appearance, and ambiance. As other reviewers have remarked, the courtyard gardens are lovely and our room was well appointed. We checked in after 5:00 p.m. and the manager had left our instructions for us. Easy. We enjoyed a glass of wine outside our room on the veranda — lovely.
Here’s where I would suggest improvements:
The bed was uncomfortable — hard mattress and the pillows need to be tossed
and replaced.
The hot water in the shower was too hot and impossible to regulate.
While the Mexican pottery bathroom sink was delightful, there simply was no
counter space for our care products. (This is an issue I have with many hotels in
general: Hint: if there’s a king bed in the room, there are likely to be two people
using the bathroom and we need space for our stuff).
The breakfast was very small portions and mediocre at best. I suspect the food
budget is very tight and it shows.
Finally, the only coffee available at breakfast was flavored, hazelnut or piñon I
think. No regular coffee. Really?! Plus, the only creamer used is Coffee Mate. No
half and half?
I understand the difficulties businesses face with the pandemic and its aftermath. The labor shortage is a problem everywhere. The one and only employee we saw was doing everything — administrative as well as cooking and clearing dishes. She appeared overwhelmed.
Overall, it was a very unimpressive stay and we won’t likely return.

Casa Blanca is a lovely inn to stay at when you're in this area. They have lovely rooms with fireplaces, reclining chairs and a small full kitchen area. They've done a great job cooking you breakfast and bringing it to your room the night before to heat up in the morning to accommodate all the social distancing measures for Covid. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. My husband has a dairy allergy and they accommodated his needs with ease! If you're looking for a fun place to stay that has the warm cozy feel of home, then this is the inn for you!

This is the perfect bed and breakfast. The atmosphere starts with the beautiful facade of the house and the brick drive. The converted house is just stunning. All the unique rooms are impeccably clean, and wonderfully appointed. Breakfast is amazing, and either something new every day, or entirely to order based on the number of guests. Carol is extraordinarily sweet, and the staff is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. There is something special about seeing a place that is so clearly loved by it's caretakers.
Make sure to take the tour of the house and property (even in winter there are so many pretty little surprises), and everyone, be it in town for business or pleasure, should absolutely stay here.

When checking in, the staff relocated us to an upstairs room without letting us know. We booked a ground level room in purpose. The staff should have advised me when that decision was made so I could cancel or find another lodge. I was not given that opportunity. When the TV did not work, staff advised all other rooms TV did not work due to Dish issues. However, when walking around the premises we could see other rooms with TVs working. When i called the contact number, as no one is on premises which I didn’t like nor knew when I booked the stay, I was given stupid excuses why our tv did not work and others did. Stupid and horrible customer service. She blamed the age of the facility for the TV connection issue. She then proceeded to ‘educate’ me on the type of facility this is as if I didn’t know and treated me as a child. When I asked to speak with the person that I initially talked to about the TV and mis represented information, I was told that lady wouldn’t be in the premises until later in the am. Way passed when breakfast was finished and I would be in the road. The room smelled of sewer gas. The room did not air well at all. Dead flies found on the floor. I requested to get a discount for lack of tv and service and was told the breakfast would be good. Rather than stay for breakfast, we left super early to drive home. I’ve stayed at lots of B&Bs before and this is the worse experience ever.

Ma'am with all do respect that is not the way it went. When you booked the room our confirmation letter clearly states our check in time 3pm til 5pm. If you can not make that time we ask for a courtesy call which you never gave us. I stay on property til about 5:30. We had plumbing issues which was not our fault. So last minute I moved your reservation so you would have a place to stay. If you would have checked in during our check in time I could have looked at the TV for you. Once I leave thats my time. When I came in this morning I called you and apologized. Then clearly you went snooping around the property and went into other rooms checking out the TV's in those rooms, which was really not your business to be snooping around the other rooms. As far as the dead flys on the floor when prople are clearly in and out of the building flies come in thats mother nature I can help that. Again sorry for the mis communication.

As a place to stay in Hot Springs, I think you'll be fine at Casa Blanca. Of course there are a couple large hotels that can provide anything you might need in the way of expanded or exceptional accommodations. But, though my room had a large queen and sleep sofa, I am sure other rooms will have two beds. Best to call and make sure they'll have one available for you.
It's only two people, we only need one bedroom, but as mentioned we are looking for that one room with two queen size beds. do you have that?
