Created in the early part of the 20th century, the Damsite Historic District has been providing lodging and unique experiences for over a century. Guests can choose to stay in any one of our wonderful facilities. The 109 year old Administration Building has 8 guest rooms plus a beautiful meeting space. The Historic Civilian Conservation Corps Lakeview Casitas are beautifully remodeled individual homes. Most of the units have full kitchenettes including stove tops, refrigerators, microwaves, dishes and utensils. WI-FI is also available. Due to the historic nature of the property there are no telephones or televisions. We also have three large historic vacation rental homes There is staff available on property. The casitas are the closest lodging to Elephant Butte Lake and Spaceport America.

"The cabins are older, but the lodge rooms are newly renovated and they have private outside doors to enter (similiar to a motel) with a balcony over looking the marina and the lake. Its a little more to stay at the lodge, but still under $100."
