I walked in to see about a room . I had my nose and mouth covered when I walked in. They had a room. And the front desk clerk let me know that "they don't worry about masks" ..Really ! The room was okay but dated. The price, $100 would be high if there were more competition in town. I had a great nights sleep. Not impressed with the front desk clerk's laissez faire / hostile attitude about covid 19 makes however.
First time staying here since the new owners took over. The rooms were clean, food was phenomenal, local brew on tap, staff was super friendly and accommodating. The history behind the property is something worth stopping by and checking out as well. Will stay here again!
Restaurant was way over priced for everything! and the portions were very small especially for the price! We ordered chips and salsa it didn’t come out till our food came out it just sucked! I will never go there again and I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Our two couples stayed at Laguna Vista Lodge on Saturday, July 18th, for one night. We had 2 king cabins. GOOD: - The staff was friendly - Cabins were clean - Beds were comfortable - Good water pressure in the showers NOT SO GOOD: - The floor in one cabin sloped down toward the walls so the head of the bed was lower than the foot. A leveled bed would have been nice. - Live band and crowd was a bit loud.
Vet owned. Tiny town, everyone friendly. Had a 1 room cabin. Delightful! Had a valet with a shoe horn and a shoe brush! Didn't need it but a really nice touch. A safe was the refrigerator. Shower showed the water temp. Will come back again. Has cabins and the motel, restaurant and stores. Has gazebos and grills. Back property faces the lake. Great place.
