shabby, very poor wi fi, no heat need electric heaters in room, overall uncomfortable and pricey since it's the only game in town. On line it looked like a quaint old cowboy hotel, its more like a shabby rooming house with ancient furniture.

We decided that we needed a mental health day so we figured we had stayed at the Cloudcroft Hotel before and it would be a good bet, WRONG! We checked in around 4:30 the office closes at 5:00 p.m. As I was carrying luggage up and down to the room they asked if everything was okay and assuming it would...

My husband planned this vacation on his own and he made a wonderful choice. Little western themed hotel in the middle of this beautiful little village. Spent 4nights here while we day tripped around the area. Staff was very nice and room was clean and tidy. Definitely recommend a trip to Cloudcroft and a stay at the Cloudcroft Hotel.

The flavor of an old west town and hotel. When we arrived there was loud arguing on the sidewalk in front of the Western Bar next door. The room in the hotel was spacious and the staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating. The lavatory and bath tub were not clean, due to some housekeeping staff terminating. This place...

I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. For the price, I was hoping for something a little better. The biggest red flag upon entering the room was the sink and bathtub that had clearly missed at least one cleaning (dingy tub with hairs, toothpaste splatter on the faucet of the poorly draining sink, etc.) This made me feel grimy the...

This was by far the most disgusting hotel we've ever stayed in. The beds were made, to make it appear that the room had been cleaned, but when we turned down the sheets, there was hair all in them. When we went to the bathroom, there was hair on the tub & toilet, and only ONE bath towel for a...

Last minute reservation due to car problems. We arrived around 9:00 p.m. called after hour number. Found keys for one room vs 2 rooms we reserved. After searching for room in main area, called back and learned unit was about a block away on an alley. Finally found room around 10:00 p.m. Quaint but dusty, dead bugs on floor, bulb...

$145. Charged my credit card one day in advance. Why. Because this is $39 room. Had a room with NO WINDOWS. No AC. It was 90 outside when I checked in. The room was 80+. By midnight it had cooled down to 56 outside. Room was still 83. Should have known something was up when I walked in and there...

This hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed the rustic, antique feel. The clawed tub was super cool. We walked right over to the Western Bar and enjoyed some drinks and walked right back to the room when we were done. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return. This time with some friends.
