Only saw one employee when I checked it. The rooms around mine were left open by management all night and different people entered these rooms at different time of the night. kind of odd. Internet did not work and could not get any answer front the front desk.

From the outside looks old but inside rooms are pretty modern... I was surprised! We'd stay again especially for the price.

I realize that it was the Thanksgiving weekend but the staffing was short and there was remodeling in progress. The one member of the staff that I had contact with was very pleasant and I was sorry that she had little or no help.

Ice machine broken with none brought in especially for breakfast. And speaking of breakfast. No waffle batter in machine. And no attendant to be found from 6:30 until we left at...

On my way out of the DFW area and on to Glacier National Park, I decided to stay in this sleepy town before hitting the interstate. The motel is fairly standard for this chain and the windy little town is unremarkable. While the room was apparently clean it has a strong musty smell, like being mopped up with a stinky...

Room was located next to stairs and was very noisy. We could hear everyone who went up or down the stairs. Breakfast did not have many items and what items were there were not restocked. Checking in took a long time due to confusion with the guests that were checking in before us. Bed was comfortable. Toilet needs to be...

When we woke up, there was no water; the plumbing had stopped. Very inconvenient! I could not brush my teeth, go to the bathroom, wash my face, have a cup of coffee. The staff were nowhere to be found. That's understandable! There were a lot of motels guest trying to get answers, and trying to make the best out of...
