We are a small full service RV Park with a store and propane service. We offer 31 full hookup sites with Electric, Water and Sewer a 4 tent camping area and 2 cabins for rent. We are within minutes of Caballo Lake and the state park. We have the only gasoline in the area and also offer wood and bait for sale.

Loved this park!!
Really enjoyed the Ethonal free gas! Yes, it’s pricy but it last so much longer! he cabins were so cozy, and clean, and the new owners are really wonderful! They are remodeling, and fixing the place up for the better! Recommending this park to everyone!

Convenient over-night stop
This was a very good place to stop for the night after a long drive from Big Bend, Texas. Just off I-25, but away from the road noise, we found an easy pull-through for our rig. Good views in a nice setting. I wouldn't hesitate to stop there again.

On the lake
We are RV newbies who are very needy. Jim, one of the owners, stayed late to help us check in, fill up our propane tank, and escort us to our site. He was most friendly, cheerful, funny, and helpful. Lake View RV Park is lovely and the spaces are wide with great views, access to I-25, and Caballo Lake. Most reasonable fees with a general store on the property. Will stay here again.
