I have stayed there 1 night with my family during Bhutan Tour. Room is not spacious and clean. The main disadvantage was no lift facility. They also provide room service as the dining was in ground floor. Not value for money.

Nice budget hotel for travellers on transit. Do not expect luxury. Clean hotel with clean beds and toilets. AC works in the rooms with AC. The restaurant is very good. Best part of the Hotel are the staff. They are very helpful and cordial. The person at the front desk helped us in organising the forms for permit. The restaurant...

Hotel Namgay in Phuentshling has a restaurent in the basement that offers comfortable air conditioning and seating. It was a nice place to relax with snacks and tea. Service was smooth and efficient. The hotel also has rooms for stay though we did not use the place for stay but just for the restaurent facility

Poorly maintained hotel , noisy a/c , limited menu , manager not very helpful. Sold Bhutan map at inflated price. Wi fi had to be paid for RS.150 / per day. Not for senior citizens Only advantage is that it's near entry permit place and can walk across to jaigaon - India town for food.

Hotels in Phuentsholing probably have the distinct advantage of being in the border town - so most travellers will take a break and stay in these hotels. Hotel Namgey seems to be enjoying this advantage. The hotel is 3 stories with no lift, poor rooms, average toilets, no running hot water, limited menu in the restaurant. The only good thing...

Stayed here for a night on my recent visit to Bhutan. Checked in after getting our permits, at around 2 PM. Double room with extra bed at Rs 1950/-. The room was clean and functional. The tap leaked in the bathroom, but was not such a big hassle. Checked out after having very good aloo parathas for breakfast. The staff...

Stay 1 night for 1300+10% charge in A/C room. The high floor is very tiring when ascent. The room is fairly clean but A/C is noisy and locate near the floor, the blower is blow limited so no cool all the room, just only in front of A/C. Toilet is not clean with torn and stained. However staff are nice.

This border town was the first foreign land i had spent a night in as a child way back in late 80's, so a visit was long due. After criss crossing the hills from Kalimpong through Darjeeling, Kurseong, Pankhabari, Siliguri i reached the Bhutan gate around 4'30 pm and drove in circles before finally finding a parking place and this...

We stayed here as it was a requirement in our travel itinerary to Bhutan that we spend a night in Phuntsholing and also that we arrived late night so had to get the permit the next morning. We had requested them to arrange permission for us to cross the Indo-Bhutanese border after the normal crossing hours which apparently they had...
