We stayed for one night. Room was fine with a balcony and overlooking the castle. However the mouse from adjacent rooms was intolerable. Walls very thin? Also the call to prayer from the mosque. Air on not working - probably because it was October? Bathroom ok. The restaurant was good though spoiled by an Italian nearby who thought that speaking to friends in Italy meant you had to put the phone on speaker and shout very loudly. Staff were excellent.

What a fabulous place! Location is terrific, high up the town and right next to the start of the bazaar. Great views, in our case of the mountains, castle and mosque... from the balcony next morning we could even see the sea for in the distance. A very comfortable room, with excellent shower. Really good and friendly service – could not have been more welcoming. The evening we arrived we had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast next morning was a wonderful array of local specialities, and very generous. We loved our time here.

I stayed here for one night in September 2022. I was in room 314 at the front of the building which overlooks a school, so I didn't get the views. The room itself was very clean and roomy enough for me with all the usual facilities. We had a good evening meal and breakfast at the hotel. The restaurant has excellent views

Stayed for one night only but would have been happy to stay longer. Meal was one of the best we had in Albania truffle ravioli was delicious! Staff were lovely, room was nice with lovely views of the town.

Ranked as #1 of "small hotels" in Kruje ??? What ? It's a very big hotel !!! Room was OK and had a great panoramic view over the valley. Bathroom was missing a (glass) door in the shower what resulted in a flooded bathroomfloor after showering. Tinny walls, you can here everything your neighbour sais or do. Breakfast was good but the restaurant was highly overcrowded. Staff was very friendly and helpful !

Set on a hillside overlooking a valley to the ancient castle of Kruje, the location is spectacular. Floodlit by night or shrouded in mist or rain by day, the sight of the ancient castle and the valley below from the Panorama hotel is not to be missed whether staying there or visiting for dinner. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent and the staff are efficient and welcoming. Our itinerary only allowed one night here, but we would gladly have stayed longer to explore the town and surrounding area.

We stayed with family for two nights in this excellent hotel. We were absolutely pleased with the service and the hotel amenities. Our daughter had a little accident and the owner and staff made everything possible to help us. We will have gratitude in our hearts for the rest of our lives. We experienced great humanity and this is what counts most. Otherwise, breakfast, rooms, views, swimming pool and restaurant are all great. We felt excellent in this hotel and we will go back again one day. Highly recommended.
