Hotel located in the center of Berat, very convenient for those traveling by car as it includes a covered garage service. The hotel is quite new. The room is large but the hotel is absolutely not 4 stars compared to our standards. To begin with, this is the first time in a hotel that I have found myself having to make my own bed before I can sleep (add sheets and blankets which are left at the guests' disposal). Breakfast is not very rich but is served on a very nice terrace. Bed not made up for the night. We had to arrange the sheets and blanket ourselves. Cracked mattress.

One of the nicest hotels our tour group stayed at in Albania. Rooms are spacious and, the desk area has a readily accessible power outlet - a rarity on my trip. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served has a nice view of the town and surrounding. Only downside was the sketchy wi-fi.
Still, a very pleasant hotel for our one night stay.

It is an imposing, fairly new and therefore also modern hotel. Upon arrival we were very kindly received, and we could already check in on time. We had a very large room, and the beds were very soft. So far so really great!! Only the cleaning really left something to be desired.... The sheet was strewn with black dots, there were still hairs in the shower, and behind the glass shower door they had never been I guess. That's a shame!
Breakfast was just good.

Nice and centrally located hotel. Free parking included. The room is big and clean. You can't see the employees behind the counter, but they are there. The counter is much too high, so the employees sit low. This may still be an area for improvement. Large roof terrace with great views over the city. The breakfast buffet is also served here. The breakfast is normal and sufficient choice. The supermarket underneath the hotel is useful. This hotel is definitely recommended.

Very nice and modern hotel. Large and clean double room with a third bed, lovely marble bathroom with walk-inn shower with great water pressure and some amenities. 5 from the 6 power sockets are perfect reachable, enough to re-load your batteries. Location is great, walking distance to the promenade along the river is 5 minutes. Had diner, (and breakfast), on the rooftop restaurant...what a lovely place with a great view ! The breakfast was OK. Wine, starting from 20-25€ per bottle, way too expensieve for Albania. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and very stylish. We stayed for two days and really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was very friendly and showed us rooms before accommodation. We chose a city view room on the upper floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant. I enjoyed the fact that they prepare for you anything you ask. It was a buffet breakfast but they made omelet and pancakes upon our request, in order to be fresh. As a late morning sleeper, I enjoyed the fact to be served warm food.

Beautiful sunrise from the room's window. The hotel is located in a very central area near all old neighborhoods and near tourist attractions. The breakfast was abundant and fresh. The staff was very helpful and free underground parking is included. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel located on the Gorica side of town. Good room, good beds. Decent evening meal, well and quickly served. The hotel is close to the OsĂĽm river, not far from the footbridge. well lit at night, as well as the center with lots of restaurants and shops. Good breakfast served on the terrace in the sun. Easy parking, even for a bus.

· Absolutely in love with the hotel. First of all the location. Very easy to reach by car (underground parking also available ), walking distance to all attractions, many restaurants and shops around. Second the hotel is brand new and its sparkling clean. Rooms are spacious and very cozy. The most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. Seriously, slept as a baby after long day in the city. Beautiful view from the room over the hill and old neighborhood of Mangalem. The staf is very helpful! Just perfect! Bathroom has all amenities. Hosts are very helpful nice and kind people, they suggested us everything where to go and what to do in Berat. I strongly this hotel for your stay!

Beautiful hĂ´tel and spacious room. Localisation is perfect for close visits (Berat castle), not far from a lot of restaurants, and supermarket connected with the hĂ´tel.
