A small corner of paradise for those who love nature and simplicity but with style and attention to detail. The resort is owned by a Vietnamese family, who manages it, the staff is kind and meticulous. Our lodge overlooked the river with an exciting view at sunset, it was very spacious, comfortable, with a gigantic bed and a very large bathroom. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast, the latter in the West. The food was of excellent quality and flavor and the table was set with care and the crockery was porcelain. They organize outdoor activities for guests, in the afternoon a nice bike ride for a couple of hours and the next morning a trip along the river by boat; both very fun and well run.

After a few hundred meters on foot through the coconut trees on a somewhat chaotic path you arrive at the restaurant of this small hotel. The site is divided into two parts, restaurant and games room with billiards and table football, and a little further on, the 5 bungalows. The reception is generally done by the boss who quickly explains how it works while the luggage is brought to the room. All the bungalows have a view of the Mekong. They are all separated. You enter through a small entrance with a living room and a fridge, then you access the bedroom. It is large and well equipped. Large bed with firm mattress. The bathroom is large and well appointed and clean. A French window opens onto a beautiful terrace 5 m from the Mekong. The terrace is furnished with a hammock, a deckchair and a table with two chairs. There is everything you need to make a real coffee or tea, all for free. The swimming pool is next to the bedroom, it lacks a little charm compared to the whole site which is well laid out and pleasant The restaurant serves a unique menu, the dishes are correct mzis san plus. The service is smiling and pleasant but my dishes are served much too quickly almost all at the same time, even dessert. You eat in 20mm max. The hotel offers activities, cycling. Boat with discovery of surrounding areas, market. Coconut factory. Frog farm They can be supervised by the boss who strives to make it interesting. Overall it is a good hotel but it is a little expensive compared to the services it offers. I still recommend

We have had the most amazing experience at this lovely hotel/nature resort. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and welfare that made us feel like part of their family. The staff cheers of profits and genuine interest in their guests, creating a very special atmosphere.
The place itself is incredibly cozy, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. We stayed in a lovely family bungalow, which was perfect for us four. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that great attention was given to the details.
The kitchen also deserves great praise – the food was simply wonderful! Each dish was a delight for both eye and taste, and we liked to experience the high quality and love that was put into the meals.
We give the warmest recommendations and hope that we can come back one day. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
The best greetings, Family Knudsen Denmark

This small, lost Family Pension in the Mekong Delta is just perfect. Lost in a lovely tropical garden, bungalows by the Mekong, the family is welcoming and helpful, the property owner speaks good English. It offers excursions (by boat and bicycle) to the heart of local life (Point of Sale, coconut processing plant, homestay visits...) for a very reasonable Award. You have a real insight into life in this part of the country. Taxi mandatory to get there, but it is definitely worth it!!

The Coco Riverside lodge lives up to its name: we are among the coconut trees, on the banks of the river and in a quite magical lodge. Superb welcome, very good cuisine, bungalow with a view of the river, ultra comfortable and clean, really nice and traditional activities offered (cooking classes, bike rides, local market, making puffed rice cakes, etc.). the owner comes to greet us and make sure everyone is well seated. If you are in the area, don’t hesitate to stay there at least 1 night.

Unfortunately we only booked 2 nights and sincerely we should stay at least 3 or 4 The staff is perfect !!! We have 2 super cottages as we are 5 adults and 2 kids (8 and 2). The cottages are very clean and comfortable, in front of the river with an astounding view The staff is so friendly that we feel as we are with family and friends. Meals are good , breakfast is copious Activities were organized as we asked for (tuk tuk ride, Boat tour, Champa village etc.. We had a cooking lesson and each one can cook his own Bánh xèo, One thing that I personally appreciated is that kids here are kings. They grow their own vegetables and condiments Be sure that here you'll find and appreciate here another way of life , far from the cities and air pollution. Hope one day we will go back. Special thanks to all the staff and our guides for activities.

Bungalow accommodations were clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Pool was refreshing and staff was most helpful setting up rides and tours of the local area. If you are interested in observing rural, agricultural Vietnam in a comfortable setting, this is the place for you.

We travelled from Saigon which was a 4 hour journey with a stop. Ideally we should have stayed 2 nights rather than 1 to make the most of the opportunity and lessen the impact of the travelling.
We met the owner who was very welcoming; the Lodge provides employment for his family and neighbours and there is a nice feel about the place. Service is very good and everyone is friendly.
We were happy with the location and the amenities on offer. The room was clean and tidy.
Having visited the Vietnam War Museum the day before, we were humbled to meet an actual VC veteran. He was happy to answer our questions and play some Vietnamese folk music for us by candle light.
We enjoyed both the bike trip through the countryside and the river boat trip; wish we could have had longer on both.
We didn’t tip any individual - porter, waiting staff, tour guide, housekeeper etc - preferring to tip once at checkout. Tips are shared equally across all staff which feels like a nice thing to do.
If you do visit, I hope you’re lucky to share some rice wine with a Một, hai, ba, dzô!

Me and my friend had an amazing time at the lodge. The place is wonderful and very well maintained. The owner’s sister in law was cooking for us and everything was fresh and delicious. Some of the food coming directly from her personal garden. We were welcomed by the owner of the lodge who invited us to share some moments with his family. Our guide provided us with an amazing experience : bike tour, boat ride, visit of a local market, visit of a coconut factory, visit of a Cao Dai temple. Each time we were introduced to the locals who were happy to chat with us while our guide was translating to help the communication. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I would love to come back.

If you want a rural stay enjoying local Hospitality and experiences, this is a great place to do it. We booked a stay with a set itinerary and fully catered with great local food. We went on cycle rides, boat trips and local market. We also had a great interaction with Vietnamese war veteran. It was the perfect balance of activity and down time. I would highly recommend. This is a hidden gem ❤️ Ignore the 1 star review. Clearly a them problem. They should have gone to an international hotel!

I think two nights would be enough. We only spent a night there but were rushed. There was another couple there spending two nights and they seems more relaxed. We had a private guide with us though and had already spent a day in the Mekong delta doing various activities. If you were just driving straight there you could probably fill in two days doing activities.
There are more places to choose from in the Vinh Long area.
