Hotel was mostly clean and neat. Most of the hotels I went to on my trip had mold everywhere. The only place that this hotel had mold was around the sink. I also really liked how roomy the place was, so, yay!
A friend recommended us this hotel and it was the worst experience of all. The beds smell bad and there are stains everywhere on the blanket and bedsheet. Had to tell them to change it but still smell. The shampoo container looked like they refill in it. There was no jot water…
Rooms are nice , but a bit rundown.Had to change rooms twice before I had one where everything was functioning;that's probably why they offer discounted room rates; and you simply cannot beat the view of the city and the sea you get from the upper floors.Staff is very friendly…
Falling apart. Dirty. Not much else to report. Wouldn't bother asking to change rooms as you'll find they're more or less the same. Staff behaved as if they're used to complaints. Needs new management and a big cash injection!
Tired and battered hotel in Port City. Located on main strip. Convenient for ferry to Phu Quoc. Room and bedding ok. Air con not working. Good shower but bathroom looked like it had been half stripped out with missing tiles. Breakfast very free form and shared with all comers…
"Choose rooms that are higher up. Mine was city view and it was good. You might want sea view but probably it'll be all dark at night."
"Try to book rooms sea facing on high floors."
"DON"T STAY HERE !!!!!! I don't have any good tips to give The room I was in had good view. Shame windows couldn't be opened for the fresh air"
"go up- the views and beds are better."
"A room on the south side is away from the harsh sunlight from the morning until the afternoon."
