We decided to "treat" ourselves after a couple of weeks of intense travel. What a totally depressing place to have chosen. Poorly kept, run down, in need of serious TLC. On first reflection the gardens were quite nice and the rooms designed around the space. The tips of the palm trees held tons of promise until we saw the 3...

January is an expensive time to come to Phu quoc, after paying premium dollars we were looking forward to relaxing on the beach. Unfortunately the resorts own their part of the beach, and this hotels beach has lots of rocks in the water that meant you could easily cut yourself . We took a scooter out around the island there...

The rooms, the resort and the service didn't meet our expectations at all. The room called 'family suite' should have been big enough to host my family of 3 adults plus a two-year old, which it didn't. In addition, the room looked very run-down as if not maintained/cleaned. After making the reception staff aware of the situation, they offered us...

Stayed here for 2 nights in November 2010. Paid about 105 USD per night for a room on the 3rd floor of the hotel building. The resort is a nice, fairly good quality place but beginning to show signs of aging. The beach was a bit of a compromise with a concrete wall/steps to enter the sea. The beaches in...

We could explore the ocean through wind-surfing, scuba diving and less adventurous activities such as canoeing by kayak to admire the beauty of the sea, or boating over the foamy waves. We could make our option through tennis, bocce, driving range and combined relaxation and beauty care could make use of spa. We would have a chance to join the...

Saigon-Phu Quoc Resort is everyhing except and Resort. The image on the website are totally different from the reality. The batroom is dirty and stinky. When you go to the beach nobody helps you with towels or chair. You have to do everything.

I think it is a great resort on Phu Quoc Island. I came there with my parents and was warmfully welcomed. The chief of resort, an old friend of my mother had introduced us about the resort and its facilities. With an acceptable price, I think travellers would be pleased

I was a little disappointed when we got into the room. They were pretty old and clean enough, but I would not consider them to be clean to Western standards. I was a bit concerned when I saw the bug spray in the closet, but we never saw any bugs, which is a big plus in my book. The room...
