For specific reasons, i have to be in this hotel. Yeah I saw all the nice reviews. This hotel was build during the 60's and had its glory. Now it is a museum of some sort. Pro's: Parking around the building Near a few clubs and bars It has a spooky antique grand piano

Had I known how loud it is in this area all night, I would have certainly not stayed in this hotel. We had an early start for our tour going north and I wanted to go to bed early. The noise from the disco across the street got louder as the night went on. Unfortunately, MY room was on this...

I'll start down stairs, actually I'm fond of classic settings it's like a time machine. But you will realize it's old coz the elevator is creaking, I actually considered that it's gonna stop. Then the carpet is dusty. In the room the smell is really old even if I love the classic red color even the bathroom is old. It...

Stayed here last saturday, was tired and my favorite angeles hotel was full.. Everything is old here, broken tiles, loose wiring, rattling a/c,lots of noise from surrounding bars. Bathroom dirty and leaking toilet, boiler broken, this place had no maintenance for decades. Terrible breakfast. Baddest hotel i stayed in ph. To the owner: shame on you! DO NOT GO THERE.

i have been a regular customer of marlim for the past years. I really appreciate the excellent customer service in this hotel. I've been treated with the hotel staff very politely. They gave me appreciation whenever I needed something. Marlim is an old hotel, but the cleanliness and the facility is well functioned.

Forced to stay here on business. Couldn't get a wink of sleep. Too noisy all night. Clean but could use a lot of renovation. It's too much to ask guests to understand the noise from the bars outside... get better curtains and better window glass.
