Our stay at Seminyak was nothing short of magical. The hotel is a minute walk from Seminyak beach, that comes to life in the evening with great music and food options. The hotel has a scrumptious buffet breakfast which is very amazing. The staff is very helpful, the view spectacular and the location very tourist friendly. We also visited the Sava Spa and it was very magical. Most try. All in all, huge thanks to Gatot and his team - we loved our stay ash’s highly recommend to all.

We stayed 6 nights in a one bedroom pool villa and wow what a treat. All the staff were so friendly and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The breakfast at Sugarsand was outstanding, between the view of the beach and the food there was nothing to complain about. The villa itself was tranquil and the daybed was very relaxing. If you felt like company it was only a short stroll to the main pools or you could use the resort buggy. The buffet breakfast had something on the menu for everyone, you could even create your own nasi goreng or noodles. We could not fault anything about our stay and would certainly return without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. The hotel was conveniently located just steps from the beach, and with onsite dining, gym and multiple swimming pools, had everything we were looking for in a hotel for our trip. The staff were wonderful and were even able to accommodate our exceptionally late checkout. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had ice-cold drinks here on a very hot afternoon. We were greeted by Riska who was charming and friendly and extremely helpful. I tried a Jamu after Riska explained the healing properties of this beautiful non alcoholic drink. Riska was attentive to us during the afternoon and very polite and happy. We'll definitely be back to stay here next time, mainly due to the excellent attitude and service from Riska.

The Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is an ideal place to stay if you want to spend your vacation days on the beautiful Sugarsand Beach and next to Double Six Beach in Bali. At check-in I was greeted very friendly by the staff and given a welcome drink. The Oasis room I booked was large and very stylishly furnished. The large balcony had a beautiful view of the Secret Pool and the palm trees. The lobby and the restaurant are also characterized by a very stylish design, which I have already experienced with the Indigo Bangkok and which I always like about these hotels. Everywhere I came across very friendly staff who always greeted the guest with a smile. I have particularly good memories of Ema and Kurnia from the restaurant. I can't imagine a friendlier staff. For breakfast I was served there by a young man, whose name I unfortunately no longer remember, but who also offered the best service. A highlight are of course the large pools and direct access to the beach. You only have to cross a small path. The gym room is large and provides a good equipment. I will gladly book the Indigo Bali Seminyak beach hotel again on my next stay in Seminyak.…

I highly recommend this hotel! The Villa was amazing and the customer service was 10 out of 10. We had a private butler service, all the butlers we had were amazing! However, Mr. Pras was on another level he took care of our every need, he went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. We would Definity stay here again and only in the villa suites as these are the rooms that come with the private butler service.. Oh and a huge outdoor pool and jacuzzi!

We are a couple and a baby. And we loved everything in this hotel. The service is super friendly and smily. Whatever you ask from reception, reaction is very fast. Everything is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious with big variety - can order from menu or use the buffet. Food in restaurants on the territory is great quality and tastes nicely. Room is big and comfortable. The beach is just by the side. Swimming pools are super beautiful and nice. Especially the one that is in shadow of the garden - we appreciated it a lot with the baby. Things to improve: quite long waiting time in restaurants even when not a lot of people. Relatevely expensive restaurants. No activities for children (just kids swimming pool is available). Like the two other hotels I've rated in Bali, this hotel has an amazing and huge outside, with gardens, pools and villas as far as the eye can see. The property owns a piece of beach, however I was very disappointed that no chairs or parasols were provided. Given the price and standard of the complex, that's just not acceptable. The pools were a bit small, but okay. The bar was a bit expensive. We've really liked the beachfront resto with a pool of its own. The main disappointment of this hotel was some imperfections in the room, such as: - Not sound proof enough; we were on top floor and edge of building and could still hear banging from indelicate guests - Broken door knobs or articulators - Broken AC, would turn back on on its own and make Siberia out of your room! - Light switches to bulbs combos illogic and impossible to figure out! - No proper door for the toilet, which is totally unhygienic (it's just a glass door that doesn't really close, it just conceals the view, but no door disconnects the room from the toilet Note: the bath tub is on the balcony and guests who visit the common area of the floor can see you.
