- A.corbs9 contributionsNice VillaI came here for my honeymoon in late 2018. The outside and reception of the villas looks beautiful and the staff were very friendly, making us feel welcome. Our villa was nice. We weren't able to use our living room/kitchen area as we had a consistent problem with ants. Consequently, this meant that every time we were brought our lovely, complimentary afternoon tea, we were scared to eat it because of the ants. We also had a few in our bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful, we really enjoyed it being brought to our little villa every morning and was delicious. The other room service food was okay but that doesn't really matter because there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby to the location and they are incredibly cheap! I was a quite disappointed at one incident where the receptionist stood and watched and did nothing, as a scamming taxi driver tried to rip us off and make a scene outside of the villas. It was very intimidating for me and I would have expected a local to be able to perhaps reason with the driver and diffuse the situation. I felt humiliated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. there were a few issues but this seems to be a not so affluent country and maybe they were trying the best they could. We have fond memories there. For the price it is good. - DKB6 contributionsWow!Seminyak was the final stop for us in Bali and what a finale to end at Maharaja Villas! We were shown to our private villa and couldn't contain our smiles as we were taken around. The villa was clean, spacious and beautiful and we felt very special. All the staff were very friendly and helpful- giving us lots of local tips. Great layout of the 1 bedroom Villa I stayed in, was peaceful, really private, and the gardens were well maintained. Was pretty clean and the staff were very nice, kind, and helpful. The positives were: 1.The location was quiet and peaceful, and we had private clean pool 2.Amazing customer service The downsides: 1. Water pressure in shower was very low 2. Room and showers needs upgrade.

After seeing reviews of villa i decided to book villa but when i arrived at the location the hotel is situated at outskirts of seminyak and they have the poorest hospitality Dirty pool , room was full of ants and spider and the most important thing air conditioner was not cooling so i called reception to fix the issue they gave solution to keep bathroom door open to maintain room temperature Their manager was unable to help for any of issues

Stayed 5 nights in 1 bedroom pool villa. The hotel is in a quiet location a little out of the way but there are still restaurants etc close to hand. They offer a useful shuttle into Seminyak proper or to the beach. The villa was very nice and in good condition, staff were very helpful and service was good. We did have an issue with water pressure in the shower, which they resolved by but then we had no hot water. The daily breakfast was lovely and restaurant meals were very good. The overall experience was very good until it was soured by being charged 95% of nightly room rate for a late checkout; don't think I have ever paid more than 20% before.

Our stay for three nights has been excellent. Especially the team at the Maharaja Villas has been outstanding. Every wish of ours has been fulfilled on a short notice. The vilas furthermore have been quite clean and as the location is a bit outside you can relax from the streets of Seminyak which is just a five minutes drive from the location

We stayed in Maharaja Villa and Delova House (Subsidiary of Maharaja Villa) for 3 + 2 nights. We had really great experience. Clean, modern and spacious Villas with private pool. Staff was humble and friendly. We were over-whelmed with the hospitality from the whole staff special mentions - Mr. Yoga, Mr. Gede and Mr. Bima. Would definitely stay with them again on my next visit. Highlights : Perfect Breakfast Perfectly located in Seminyak - near to Shopping centre, Seminyak square and beaches. Humble and friendly staff. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms with a comfy bed and private pool. We enjoyed lovely food, having had breakfast, lunch and dinner at some point during our stay. Daily free shuttle bus into Seminyak. Enjoyed our full body massage.

We stayed at a 2 bed villa with its very own private pool. Accommodation was very clean modern and spacious. Everything included in the advertised Time Out deal was duly honoured. Breakfast was just perfect and served in the villa at whatever time we requested it. Afternoon tea, if we missed it whilst on tours, upon our return, regardless of the time, staff volunteered to serve it in our room. Overall a very comfortable residence in a very bustling part of Bali. What made our stay even more memorable was the very helpful and cheerful staff members. Mr Yoga in particular was a pleasure to meet and was never without a smiling disposition. Lady who prepared our breakfast, afternoon tea and delicious dinner one evening, thank you for taking such good care of us.. A very big shout out for Mr Bima too..your communication skills were exemplary and anything asked from you was duly actioned. We didn’t meet you but felt you really cared for your guests. It’s these touches that make guests wanting to return back to your villas. Cant wait to visit Bali again and no doubt we will opt to stay at Maharaja villas.…

This place is great. Villas are superb with their own pool. Very private, beds are great. Clean and inviting. The staff go over and beyond with their attention to detail and desire to make your holiday fun and enjoyable. Very obliging with shuttles to shopping centres. Would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful place with private pool, nice design, well maintained garden, friendly staff. I like the location where there are many local foods around the area within 2 minutes of motorbike ride. The staff are super friendly especially Yoga and Putu, that makes our 7 months stay here a big pleasant. Been staying here since Jan 2022 under monthly rate, been extending until August. Will be back again one day.
