Can I just say that this villa gets rated just one star by my family, not because of the staff but because of the company our travel agents used to find a villa in bali. I don't normally leave reviews and this maybe a bit unfairly labelled against everyone who's associated with light exclusive villas but our holiday was ruined by "beds online". I put this review on as a warning to anyone looking to holiday in bali, beds online are linked to booking. Com. We booked our holiday last September 2021, this family holiday has been 3 years in the making the previous 2 years cancelled thanks to covid. A perfect place for a group. Just outside the busy centre of Seminyak. All restaurants, shops and a beach on walking distance of max 10 minutes. Nice american breakfast, good villas with a pool. And the best staff of Bali. From reception, cleaning, sherpas, kitichen or management, all with a smile, humor and great service. A special thanks for the management for helping us.

A nightmare ! my first bad review because i avoid usually bad reviews. this place is a scam : dead cockroaches beside the bed (check photos and videos) the pool was so dirty (you walk on particles and dirt) the furniture is so dirty and old the walls were humid (check the photos) and a continuous noise of a construction site (that will last for months) just next to the villas as if they were working inside the villas (drill, hammer and noise) breakfast just disgusting

Stayed here for 1 month and everything was great. Since I was working remotely, I expected to have a quiet environment with good WiFi that can support stable video calls. And of course, this villa did not disappoint :)

We stayed here for 8 days. Almost not going anywhere since I was still "Work From Home" mode. In the 3rd day of staying, it feels already like home. We were having a good time here. I can work peacefully. The wify also good. Love the bathtub (big) and hotwater also very good (can be adjusted the temperature easily as we wanted). The staf that cleaning our villa also nice and very accomodated. The location was okay. Many good restaurant around. Just one thing, the breakfast could be improved. It was okay, but could be better. Overall we love staying here and definately will come back!

Bad services. All the staff are not friendly and rude. Not recommended to stay in this villa. Also price is too expensive with that kind of services, the shower smells bad. They should training their staff in the future

Dear Samantha, Thank you for your time to write a review related to our property... Just to clarity how was you said that our service was bad and our staff are rude while you were not staying with us, we got your booking recently using your Name "Samantha" however there is 3 Indonesian lady contact to ask if they can check-in earlier and Samantha is their sister who will settle the room payment, and they was check-in normally, based on our normal regulation when we ask the identity card they just give us the copy passport under the name "Samantha" when we ask the copy of their Identity card they they was refuse to provide. Until the check-out time "Samantha" was never showed, one by one they was check-out without any permission when our team ask about their plan one of the lady said she will pick-up "Samantha" at the Airport and doesn't want to settle the room bill until our team remind that, but we have done our best to provide good service for all of them, so please note that we never meet "Samantha" at this case Thank you for your time to review Hopefully that will be right information on the right place and situation With best regards, Komang Ardiani

Myself and partner really enjoyed our time at The Lights Villas. We had a one bedroom private pool villa. The villa is a great size, the pool was perfect for us, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was a great size and heaps of room to spread your things out. There is a lounge room outside and a kitchen with everything you need. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the popular eateries (Kynd Community, Motel Mexicola, Potato Head, Cafe Organic etc.) The staff were so incredibly friendly, so polite and willing to help when we needed. They have room service available with lots of options on the menu and the buffet breakfast is wonderful (not a lot of vegan options but I was happy taking full advantage of the vegan cafes). Awesome private pool and outdoor living room + kitchen Clean on a whole except for a bit of foul smell in the shower area probably due to drainage. Wonderful place to stay and relax in Bali. Breakfast was alright but not much choice. Free 1 way airport transfer as well.
