The villa looks just like the photos, it is well maintained. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We wanted some music and asked to borrow a speaker, they brought a nice harman kardon BT speaker for us. 1pm: cleaning staff shows up in a group of 3-4 at around to quickly clean up the place. 6pm: staff shows up to take breakfast order for the morning. Turndown service + mosquito spray Breakfast: they have local Indonesian option, vegetarian option, and Western options which also comes with coffee and fruit juice. Pool: water was a bit cold, so we only used it on a sunny day. Jacuzzi: not heated, but used it a few times Location: it’s less than a 5 min walk to motel mexicola, but the grab drivers had trouble finding it as it’s down a narrow alley that’s easy to miss. Stayed in Pradha villas during our trip to Seminyak Bali. 2rooms villas were very sufficient and well appointed. It's huge and the pool was also great. Location is close to many restaurants and amenities nearby. Floating Pool breakfast was a pleasant experience. better breakfast and coffee options nearby

We recently stayed at Pradha Villas with our two children. The location is perfect, only a short walk to Seminyak Square, around the corner from Motel Mexicola and Mano Beach House, ideally central. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They we’re able to assist with all of our requests, no issues at all. Communication was great too when initially booking for our stay. The rooms are very spacious and housekeeping was exceptional each day. I would highly recommend if you wish to stay central to Seminyak.

We've tried the restaurant 2 night in a row, and in my opinion is one of the best of Ubud at that price. The place is cosy and fantastic for having a pedect dinner in the center of Ubud. The sate is great and salds too. Great staff and very friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights in One Bedroom Pool Villa, the villas have a cool luxury vibe with a good sized private pool and good levels of hygiene. The staff is very polite and cooperative to your needs. The bathroom is slightly dated and less water pressure in the shower also very few options for a vegetarian breakfast other than this we had no complains. It is located very close to the happening night life of Seminyak. Mexicola is right outisde and other clubs are at a walkable distance.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. It’s 5 mins by walk from Seminyak Square. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Even the staff is extremely courteous, helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you. Their avocado toast and nasi goreng for breakfast are a must try.

Recently spent a week here with my family and loved the layout and the pool. Good attention to detail and excellent service. Being able to walk anywhere around Seminyak as it is so central. The only concern was the bathroom which was open and not air conditioned, a bit tough when you are applying makeup in the heat.

My girlfriend and I spent a week at these amazing villas in late November 2019, and from the start we were nothing but impressed. Our villa was beautiful, spacious and clean with a living area and pool set up that was nothing short of amazing. Every morning we received a fantastic complementary breakfast, some days ‘floating style’, which is served in a large basket in the pool, which I totally recommend. Pradha Villas are in a great location, close to popular local establishments such as the Sisterfields and Revolver cafes and also the crazy busy Motel Mexicola to name but a few. Being so close to the action you would expect noise, and you do get a little, but it really isn’t disturbing at all. The staff were brilliant, they impressed us more and more everyday with their attentiveness and friendliness. All in all, I will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Bali. …

We really enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom villa. The pool is a great size the staff were really responsive.I loved the flower art in the driveway made with the flowers that had fallen off the trees. The villas are very close to the beach and walking distance from all great restaurants;
