Me and my girlfriend stayed here in mid march, right before everything started closing down in Bali, and the service and location of Uma Sapna is pristine. I can't recommend this place enough, as they were so attentive and kind.
The location is as good as you can get it, with the main street only 5 min away from the villas, even so it was really quiet and nice.
The villa had a really nice pool and green area, i hate mosquitoes and i was afraid that i was gonna be half eaten as i always do when i go to a tropical zone, but this time i was very surprised as the staff smoked and use repellent to make sure it was almost none existent.
i stayed here for 5 days.
We stayed here for a week and i must say i will definitely be returning here once we are allowed to travel again.

We were there for the first 6 nights of our honeymoon and it was amazing! The staff was very very friendly, they always had the biggest smiles on their faces! They welcomed us with tea and were very helpful in telling us how to get around Seminyak. They had kept very cute flower arrangements in the bathtub and bed.
We got the honeymoon package which included a romantic dinner in the villa, it was super romantic and cute. They had kept candles around the pool and flowers. The package also includes a couple massage at their Spa which is a MUST in Uma Sapna!
The hotel is very clean and they insure the cleanliness of the pool and garden daily. They light up special scents to scare mosquitos away and they also fog the hotel everyday. Its a 5 minute walk to all the shops in the popular road of Seminyak and 15 minutes walk to the beach. We used to take Go-Jack which is 5 minutes by car and will cost you only 16,000 rupiahs. Definitely will be back here! Although the breakfast had limited food as it was a la carte and the hotel restaurant closes early, but there’s a 24hr supermarket a minute away and many restaurants around.

Every staff here were polite, helpful, always smiled and greeted us. The welcome watermelon juice and fruit plate was delicious. The fruit was so succulent and so good. It might actually been the best dragonfruit I’ve ever had.
The hotel takes mosquito bites seriously and treats the greens right outside your villa, provide mosquito coil right outside the door, sprays mosquito spray in your room, and even provide mosquito repellent for you.
The included breakfast at Kilo Kitchen was amazing. I really loved that the sweet breakfasts (pancakes, french toast...) were not overly sweet, and the pistachio creme for the strawberry pancakes were so good. Great presentation too. The restaurant is right behind the villas and you can walk through the hotel premises right into the restaurant back way.
It was a great experience. I highly recommend this villa.

This is my second visit to Uma Sapna. I can't imagine why I would ever stay elsewhere when I visit Bali, or at least Seminyak.
The service provided by all the staff is exceptional, nothing is too much to ask. I stayed in the Executive Pool Villa which was a wonderful sanctuary - a private pool at the perfect temperature with somewhere sunny or shaded to relax outdoors at all times of the day. A huge bathtub, a rain shower, coupled basins. The bed is gigantic with a big TV connected to Netflix. And the attached restaurant Kilo can provide deliver fusion cuisine to your room if you unsurprisingly can't bring yourself to leave.
Housekeeping is offered twice a day, but you are never made to feel like you are in the way as they closely observe your do not disturb sign. If you want to stay in your room most of the time, the team will still manage to tidy up even if you only slip out for lunch, without bothering you. The whole staff are so attentive it can be easy to forget you are not the only people staying in the villas. We once came back slightly early and found the housekeepers were still in the room, we decided to let them work in peace and sat on the sunbed by the resort pool instead. When the housekeepers were finished, they even found us to let us know they were done!
Location-wise, I didn't need to use any transport to take in the main streets of Seminyak or visit the beach, but the option was always readily available as there are dozens of taxis and scooters plying for your trade on the street out the front of the restaurant. If you wanted a taxi, the concierge would also arrange this although it's usually faster to walk anywhere due to the thick traffic.
It's really quite hard to render any criticism of Uma Sapna, but if I had to think of something I would say the gymnasium is only adequately equipped and on the smaller side in terms of space. The area and equipment provided is superbly maintained and clean, but it would feel very crowded if three or more people tried to exercise at once, and if you are meticulous in your weight-training routine at home, you might struggle to maintain that while you're on holidays as there is only a bench and 7 pairs of dumbells/3 kettlebells to use.

This was our 2nd stay with Uma Sapna and our family's 6th Stay! We were here in Feb 2020 just before restrictions on travel were imposed. Stayed in the 2 Bedroom Villa with the parents and our young son (22m old). There was a Port-a-Cot and high chair provided along with pool fencing which made for a relaxing time. We spent most of our days on the large grassed area, in the pool or chilling in the shade of the central outdoor living area. We absolutely love this place for everything it has to offer. Not only a brilliant location in the heart of Seminyak, but some of Bali's best restaurants within walking distance, including Kilo (on site restaurant) which allows for dine in, or dine in your villa options for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The rooms are spacious and everything you need is provided. The staff are welcoming and always so happy. They were brilliant with our son and he loved saying 'hi' to them whenever he saw them. Although due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are unable to leave Australia, we have already made our next booking with Uma Sapna, as there is nowhere else we would want to stay in Seminyak. Looking forward to vising again as soon as we can!

Location: Uma Sapna is nicely located, villa tastefully decorated and resort well looked after. By foot you can walk anywhere, e.g. eat street. We cannot hear any noise after we had door shut, their rooms are tucked away in an ally very limited street noise.
We downloaded the Grab app (= Uber). very convenient and cost effective as it charges a fixed cost to your card, no need roll eyes if you are in a metered taxi sitting in traffic.
Check in/ Room: Had pre-arranged airport transfers with their concierge team - not long after we landed, our driver whatsapp me to say where he was, and a photo of him so we know whom to look for.
Great 7 nights stay. Check in was smooth. Front of house staff very helpful and never too trouble to assist. We had floating breakfast one morning, enjoyed the peace & quiet having breakfast within the room. Private swimming pool was great. you can enjoy this at your own time.
Highlight of our trip - we had a full day stayed inside the villa didn't venture out, starting 6am yoga by our private pool on the grass. Floating breakfast; sun bathing, had our own music; then went for a massage and facial late afternoon; went to kilo for dinner.
Gym: We didn't use the gym so can't comment. Spa: you must try out the spa. book early and try both the facial and body massage. I feel their pricing is reasonable (400K/hr body massage) where as my home country would be triple the cost.
Kilo: It is the eating place/kitchen of the villa and it's a public restaurant also. They are very popular and we enjoyed it. Our package included daily breakfast and nightly cocktails. Kilo has one of the best coffee (hot not iced) I've taste in Bali too.

We stayed in one of the royal villas which we found very spacious with a pool that has enough sun to be warm. The villas are kept very clean by a team of 5 to 6 staff who arrive and perform their roles quickly and mostly without intruding on your space. The breakfast at Kilo is very good. This was our 3rd time back at these villas and we will return later in the year as they are in a great location within walking distance of all the popular bars and restaurants.

We absolutely adored this villa! By far Uma Sapna was the best villa for us during our little Bali staycation. The location is a short walk from the very center of Seminyak but also peaceful enough for us to relax at the end of the day. The villa itself is really spacious, clean and very well maintained. I personally love how beautifully minimalistic the design is but also how on every corner there’s artistic touch to it! The breakfast is the best we had in Bali, served by their restaurant Kilo Kitchen, we could absolutely write a whole other review about how we love Kilo! <3 <3 We would definitely be back, cause the only sad part was to leave, stayed for 2 nights only and man do we wish we could stay longer!

Beautiful private villas a 5 minute walk from the centre of the action. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Location is perfect as it is so quiet at night and yet minutes away you have everything you could want. Rooms are spacious but it is the outdoor areas that are outstanding. We stayed in a Royal Villa that had a large private pool (just about big enough for laps) with a huge covered outside area with bali beds, sectional, and island in the "kitchen" area. Along with beautifully planted gardens with lots of blooms. Your private tropical paradise.

Hi, we had a pool, but from having a peek inside villas with a plunge pool it looked like a small pool to cool off. The temperature in our pool was perfect, but wasn't heated.
