Hotel definitely needs 1 or 2 staff that can understand English and speak English clearly. I was talking to 3 of them in the reception but it lead me to frustation as no one could explain to me re the booking. Same thing happened to the security - asking for directions to Kuta

We arrived at the hotel the 11th February 2019 just after 23:00. Reception was delayed, nobody took our luggage to our room or even guided us to our room. The room was small, dated and not very clean. No cupboards or windows that could open. Aircon was intermittent. Breakfast

Sorry for late answer, I'm not sure its for all room, but in my room there is safety box, I take deluxe room

This is bali. They wouldn’t be in business very long here if they tried to impose restrictions like that. Guests in your room should always carry their passport with them in case asked. The hotel may photo copy for identification.

Are there fridges in each room?
When I stay there is a fridge in the room, my room type is deluxe, but to make sure there is a refrigerator in all rooms I think you could contact the hotel

Good Day, When checking in, Do we have to pay a deposit?
Sorry for the late respond, sure you have to give money for deposit, but not much and still in reasonable value for that, i have stayed there for 3 nights and only deposit IDR 300.000 ( US$ 20-25 )
