This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's minutes from the hustle and bustle, buy far away enough to be quiet and tranquil. The small amount of accommodations make it an intimate stay. The staff is the most courteous and kind staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Cannot wait to visit again.

This place is WOW! Incredible value for money. And clean, SOOO clean. This was beyond my expectations. The 40 meter pool was perfect. Always clean, surrounded by frangipani trees.
The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always smiling and very courteous.
It's not in the busy part of Seminyak so it'll cost you about $5 in a taxi to get to the beach, but they do also have a free shuttle service available at certain time.
Would have no hesitation in going back here and would recommend everyone to stay here.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 8 nights, and were a bit worried before hand; about some of the dodgey reviews about the location being a 'bit out the way' and hard to find. So in preparation to stay here I downloaded the Bali map onto the 'trip advisor' app and every taxi ride I took I showed them where to go which made life easier.

On entry to the hotel we were warmly greeted by the smiley staff here, constantly opening doors and helping wherever they could, to make our stay stress free and relaxed.

We stayed in room 'N', and were taken a back at how lovely our room was, considering the price we paid to stay here. The room had a pleasant open feel and we felt we had plenty of room. The bathroom had a spacious shower and a modern feel, with towels to both shower and to laze around the pool with.
Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard and clean towels left also. It also had a small kitchenette which we used once and worked well. Air con was good and the bed was really comfy.

We especially loved the pool even though it was such a unique shape it worked well, with it being such a quiet location it was perfect to relax in peace away from the busy traffic nearer to the beaches. The pool area has a lovely garden feel to it with trees growing over the pool and some beautiful flowers growing around the lounge area.

If you're confident enough to rent a mo-ped (scooter) I would highly recommend getting one as it's the easiest way of getting around Bali in my opinion, especially as there is a lot of heavy traffic around most of the tourist spots, but it is easy enough to weave in and out of the traffic. Just make sure to always wear a top as we got pulled over by the police and had to pay a 'fine' (ransom, which they obviously pocketed.)

To summarise, we both loved Seminyak Lagoon all suites and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Don't let location put you off if you're eager to explore just take initiative and plan ahead!

My husband picked this hotel for our short stay, I thought ok I’ll give it a try.
Never again!!
Rooms were very dirty.
Pillows smelt of sweat, no pillow protectors.
Sheets felt dirty and old.
Mould on walls and in bathroom.
Breakfast needs improvement no variety.
Towels are small and worn out.
Hotel is not walking distance to anything.
Taxis are not allowed to go to hotel area for transportation only allowed to use local drivers at $$$$$.
Pool is too skinny, when in pool you can look into other peoples rooms, no privacy in ground floor rooms unless you have blinds and curtains closed.
Other people in the pool woke us up each morning around 5am.
Room service food inedible.
List could go on...
The one good thing was the staff, all very friendly but need more training, also they are only working with what they have.
This hotel seems to be used by locals who have their own cars for transportation.

after every year staying here, this will be the last year my family and I stay here. the service is very bad, the crew is not friendly, the bathroom is also not well maintained. can't add towels or something else, each additional will incur an additional fee of 25k for either a towel or a mat. For those who use motorbikes, be careful because our helmets were lost on the first night we stayed.

Terrible, avoid staying here.
Very dirty, blood-stained pillows, holes in sheets, bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned.
Photos are misleading and dishonest.
Had to find new accommodation after just one night and would have sooner if I could have.

We placed money in the safety deposit box and counted it before we put it inside. After leaving the hotel for 4 hours and coming back we counted it and money was missing. After questioning the management they replied with "we asked our cleaners and none of them said they did it" - which of course is an expected response as who would admit to stealing our money.... Im sure if I get a response from management on TripAdvisor they will comment saying that I miscounted my money, but I am 100% certain of the amount of money I placed into the safe and money definitely went missing. As doors of my hotel were locked before I left, this theft could naturally have only occurred from someone with access to my room (e.g. a staff member).

This event placed us on edge for the rest of our stay and made us quite uncomfortable knowing that nothing in our room was safe, and we had to go to extra precautions to make sure nothing else was stolen which soured the mood of the trip.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable, however I can not recommend this hotel to people given the theft that occurred. To people who still wish to stay here, I suggest that before you place things into the safety deposit box, to record what you place in it (e.g. take a photo of whats inside the safe), or better yet do not place anything valuable in your room at all.

The hotel looks nice and clean. But I got seriously poisoned from the breakfast, maybe cheese or egg and hospitalized unconscious. Stayed in hospital for 2 nights and paid at least two thousand dollars. Therefore, better stay even at the most expensive hotel in Bali than here. Cos you will end up the same cost plus lose all your holiday motivation and plans. I shouldnt tell about bugs on the hall way...please please stay away from this place. You may end up dying from breakfast!

We had 8 nights booked through a Scoopon deal, but we left on the third day. The food was utterly dreadful and ended up going hungry one night because dinner was inedible leftovers from breakfast.

On a positive note the rooms are beautiful but be aware they won't replace your towels even with ample hinting, they'll just hang them over the balcony railing to dry. The pool is stunning and kept clean, note the male staff will be watching.

Apologies this is laced with negativeness but even after over a month back I'm writing you this review simply because I am still genuinely unimpressed. Would never go back nor recommend this hotel to anyone EVER!!!

The pictures on the websites look great, and in real life it is pretty close to it. Although we had a terrible experiance at this hotel. Our booking was for 5 nights, and we booked 3 rooms - it was a family holiday... From the second we walked in our first impressions were terrible.
1.) You walk into the lobby and on the left is a few small tables with the kitchen in view through a service window. On the right are 2 cheap looking desks, which you can see backs of computers and computer cords, and see the persons legs dangling under the desk - similar to tressle tables!
2.) We went to the counter and told them we had 3 rooms booked, (it was 1am by the time we arrived at the hotel) - We were told "No, you only booked 1" - Luckily I had printed the e-mail confirmation which clearly stated 3 pool access rooms. After half an hour of trying to sort that out, we were taken to our rooms.
3.) Only 1 out of the 3 rooms was ready!! We walked into ours (which was upstairs, not a pool access!), there was used champange glasses on the counter, and dirty towels in the bathroom.... They hurried around trying to clean this for us. My parents had to wait an hour for their room to be stripped and cleaned again - their bed hadnt even been made from the last guests! My brother was the only one that was able to crawl straight into bed and have a good nights sleep. When we eventually got into our room and used the shower, it FLOODED the whole bathroom....
4.) The next morning we mentioned to them that we paid for a pool access room, and we wanted to change - and also the fact our shower flooded, we wanted a new room. They were not happy about it, as they had to shuffle other people around that were due to arrive, although we eventually got a cleaned, pool access room with a shower that drained, we moved in that afternoon.
5.) The decking around the pool is not finished, there are some rooms with finished decking out the front, although some which still have screws sticking out of the edge... Not safe when you are leaning against the edge of the pool... easily could cut yourself on this.
6.) The location is not the greatest... There is no restraunts, cafe's, shops or convenient stores within walking distance. Having a group of 5 meant we couldnt taxi - so we had to pay for a driver. A little dissapointing when you were told there are 'many eateries within walking distance'
7.) Their breakfast.... Scrambled eggs are the only nice thing on the menu. Do not order poached eggs - you will recieve runny blobs of things on an un-toasted slice of bread... Fine to eat if you had no teeth.

Overall, it looked nice - up close and personal it was not. The staff during the day were lovely. The night staff however were not, it seemed everything was a hassle for them. They gave us a book of restaraunts which delivered - the 1st night we ordered in, they dialled and ordered for us... The 2nd time, they said no - so we had to battle trying to speak to a person on the other line that could not understand a word we said...

It was definitly not the kind of place I was expecting. And quite dissapointing as it was my parents and brothers first time in Bali, so their experiance wasn't the best.

There is ALOT of room for improvment.

Hi. Nope. I made itinerary on my own and rented a car for two days. It was also my first time driving on my own while traveling in Bali. I was relatively easy. Maybe you can directly contact the hotel where you are staying,I am pretty sure each and every hotel can offer you best travel package. Thanks.
