Very warm welcome from reception, and very helpful and professional service by Heri, the Front Office Manager. Throughout the stay nothing was a problem as room service/housekeeping responded promptly to any request. Breakfast buffet open to 11 which was a bonus for us late starters.

The room had a super huge bed even bigger than a king size bed and was more than perfect for us with 2 small kids. The minibar was free which had 3 cold drink cans and were replaced daily. Breakfast was just fine. The buffet did not have much options but they provide a menu from which you can order and was good to have. The hotel even packed sandwiches, juices and milk in breakfast for us when we went for a dolphin tour early morning at 3:00 a.m. Great customer service.

Hotel with good restaurant in middle of Main Street Seminyak. Hotel provides frees soft drinks in room fridge. The meals from the restaurant were normally very good though service could be slow at times. Some of breakfast items were cold but management did do something about this when it was pointed out to them. The swimming pool was not very deep and due to continual music not the place for a relaxing afternoon swimming and sunbathing. If your idea of a hotel is golden beaches by the ocean this is not it. Hotel was very helpful when liaising with local taxi company over damage to car due to failing against car due to uneven paving,
