We stayed in a villa with a private pool, it was super quiet tucked away just off sunset road. The staff were incredible, arranging for us to be picked up at the airport at 1am. We ordered a floating breakfast and it was phenomenal, food was unreal with such beautiful presentation!

Wow !what is amazing time in a Bali ! We leave at islant 6 mounths ,and 2,5 last mounths we live in Tukad Villa !It was really incredible time ,thanks a lot all stuff villa !very friendly team ! Cleaning 2 times in a weeks , just made comfortable! Villa very beatifull , bathroom , leaving room - work best designer ! The villa was everything that my partner and I thought it would be and more. We were absolutely amazed from the initial arrivals at the villa from the friendly helpful staff who were willing to answer all our questions about local area and more. Opening the doors into the villa we were in awe it was absolutely beautiful from the running foundation, outdoor bath room and beautiful bedroom, everything was presented so well. The kitchen although was basic provided hot and cold water for drinking, coffee, tea, fridge and a set of hobs to cook. As expected the cleaners were around daily without them coming to interrupt whatever you're doing, it seems the reception wait for you to leave before the cleaners come around and give it a good tidy. I've seen some reviews saying about the geckos around, yes there are a few but that's to be expected in such a hot place especially outdoors. The staff were more than willing to come to our room and help us with anything we needed and there is a free shuttle that runs from morning to around 2100 which takes you to anywhere you want within the city. This is absolutely brilliant and a massive bonus to staying at such a beautiful villa. Tukad villa is an amazing place so beautiful and perfect for couples would highly recommend …

This villa is amazing for couples who generally won't stay in and cook and like their privacy. It is a little further from the center (10 minutes) however they offer free shuttles to the center (one way) and I never paid more than $4.00AUD for the taxi back. The service is absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier, they assisted us with renting a bike and decking out our villa for our anniversary. Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was quite basic, however not much of an issue for us as we generally were in a hurry to head out in the morning. The room service menu was nicer. The villa was exactly like the photos and I was super happy with my choice. They arranged dinner for us one night in the villa and it was a nice night (additional cost.) They were also nice enough to arrange late check out to work with our flight departure (additional cost.) As there are a lot of plants/flowers and trees you can generally expect to occasionally see a frog or gecko. Would definitely recommend!…

Spacious villa with outdoor kitchen and bathroom, with a private pool. Basic but clean, breakfast served to your room at your requested time again basic but ideal before heading out. Plenty of options in central seminyak if you decide not to eat at the hotel. Hotel offers transport into central seminyak but must make your own return. Please only use bluebird taxis with a metre or you will be over charged. Some look legit but are not. You can download the app also. Leave plenty of time to get to a reservation as traffic is busy. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially when a huge spider was hanging out near the shower! A little far from the centre as i would of liked so the transport is a bonus. Personally i didnt like the shower outside due to the mosquitos but thats just me. …

The Tukad Villa is basically what you expect. The pool was great, bigger than I expected and very warm. Very nice living area. Facilities are a little rundown but nothing to worry about. The staff were amazing for the most part. Yes, breakfast is basic but it was always good. It is easy to get to and from Seminyak, just don’t stay here if you want to be able to walk in! There were obviously bugs and lizards around, but that’s expected in an outdoor area with lots of plants and trees. The only downside to our stay was that the few times we called for room service we were told the kitchen was shut (even in the middle of the day) and that a few times the free shuttle wasn’t in use. Staff called a taxi for us but it was a bit annoying. Overall, if you’re looking for a well priced accomodation outside the hustle and bustle of the main centre, with great staff and decent food, this place is it 👍 …

Basic and a bit run down. Lacked alot of kitchen utensils to be able cook for your self. Fairly quiet location but pretty central semniyak. Staff were great, very helpful and there was a courtesy mini bus for lifts to local spots - no return lifts available. But taxi are cheap and abundant.

Pros - Free shuttle van service to take you locally (big 👍🏼 for this), although they don’t do pick ups whick is ok. Pool is clean and pool temperature is perfect. Towels changed daily. Cons - Breakfast is just ok, not a big selection. Villa we stayed in definitely needs a painting job and maintenance. Water is leaking from above the shower as well and not enough pressure in taps or shower. Although bed sheets are clean they have yellow stains on them. Villa looks better on photos then what it actually looks like, so when we got there we were disappointed.

Stayed here for 7 nights, it was okay. However, the safe was extremely difficult to unlock, also the door didn’t close properly (the lock was also a bit annoying) & there wasn’t a mosquito net over the bed, so quite often we had mozzies in our room. Also, as the bathroom is outdoors, you were constantly swatting away mozzies in the shower, bath & toilet. The staff came around and sprayed the rooms but I would have much preferred the bathroom be enclosed. The staff were very punctual with housekeeping & even offered a turn-down service which we hadn’t experienced before, but was great. They re-sprayed the bedrooms during the turn-down service which was appreciated. The villa itself was pretty & the pool was great. The staff offered a constant shuttle service which was helpful, however 1 day the car was at the mechanics & they did not think to have a back-up vehicle. That was frustrating. But worse things could have happened. Overall, our stay was fine.. depends what you’re after. If you’re after a private villa approximately 15-30mins away from the centre of Seminyak then it’s great. If you’re after something more easily accessible & beachfront, then it’s not. …

We booked 5 nights for our honeymoon in a 1 bedroom villa, and it has been everything we could hope for and more. First, the villas are AMAZING, you wake up to your own private pool, huge bath and shower, and comfortable bed with air conditioning, everything but the bedroom is outdoors and you see little geckos and frogs occasionally, some people might not like this but for us it was part of the experience and we just let them be. Second, the service is incredible, every time we leave our room we come back to fresh towels, bed made, and even turn down service if you go out in the evening. The villa offers room service until 8:30pm which is almost always prompt, menu is basic but does the job for when you just want to spend a night in, they also have DVDs in reception which you can borrow for free. The free shuttle offered by the villa will take you to Seminyak, Legian, Kuta (even let me stop at Starbucks down the street for a barista coffee and waited for me).You do need to organise your transport back to the villa because the shuttle does not do pick up (we found that using Go-Jek and Grab is better than a taxi), but transport is cheap and available (cost us maximum $4aud most trips). I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough, as someone who works in hotels and combed through TripAdvisor before booking myself, you will absolutely not be disappointed. …
