Location: The location is great, tucked away on small gang around the back of eat street and the Oberoi area, it was quiet but convenient to everything.
Villas: We loved the pool villas. The pools were an excellent size and very well maintained / clean. The villas were very well outfitted with large fridges and everything you could possibly need on holiday and mosquito coils were in regular use so we had no issues with bugs. All the facilities worked well. Please note there is no onsite restaurant facilities but food can be ordered in by the team.
Breakfast is cooked and served in villa by your house attendant. It's a simple but tasty range of options.
The staff were all great. We all loved Wayan in particular. He's a great asset to your team!
We would absolutely go back to Chandra if we were in Bali again and we'd recommend it to all travelers.

We booked Chandra Villas as we had read great reviews online. It absolutely was as good as the reviews! We arranged our airport pickup through Chandra and were warmly welcomed right from the start. All the staff were outstanding, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We rented a 3 bedroom private pool villa for 2 adults and 4 children and it was perfect. The room sizes were very generous and each room had its own ensuite. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Everyone had good privacy but could all come together in the large open plan lounge, family and kitchen area and to sunbathe and play together in the pool. The outdoor area was larger than we expected and the pool with ideal for 6 people - even long enough for the adults to swim laps! Each day the staff arranged to come in and clean the gardens and pool, put out mosquito coils, make the beds and tidy the bathrooms but they did it so well we hardly noticed they were there. Our breakfasts were really well prepared every morning by our chef and there was a great range of options to choose from. All the facilities worked perfectly and the air con was spot on (it was 32 degrees each day we were there). In terms of location, it was as described - about 500m to the nearest beach and about the same to Eat Street in Seminyak. We either walked or took Gojek's to each location which was super easy. The Chandra also offers a free drop-off service around Seminyak so we used this to go slightly further on our explorations. The lovely ladies on Reception helped us book trips and shuttles to other locations like Legian, Kuta and Nusa Dua. Chandra is located in a precinct that has a whole lot of other villa complexes in it too so it felt safe. There was a handy Circle K (convenience store), a coffee shop and some local spa / nail / hair salon options within a 5 minute walk too.

We have stayed at many villas in Bali and I would rate Chandra as one of the best if you are looking for a location that is peaceful at night yet well positioned to walk to restaurants, shops and even the beach. In addition to a great location, the staff were fantastic and the villas were very comfortable. There was a car to take you to places around Seminyak if it was available and the wifi was great - very important to the two teenagers in our family group. There was no extra charge for a rollaway bed for one of the kids, which is I think the first time we haven't been charged. I would definitely stay here again if we wanted this location.

This was our second week in Bali, from arriving to leaving the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The three bedroom villa that we had was amazing and when Minnie showed us round we were all blown away by how beautiful it was . Everything is there that you need and the pool was lovely and with three girls, 18, 19 & 20 it’s nice to have privacy. You can order food to be delivered to the villa that we did quite a few nights. I am recovering from a hip replacement so I did struggle walking too far but the villa have a car that will drop you where you would like. The pool man comes on a morning and cleans the pool and brings fresh pool towels and you pre order breakfast which is brought to the villa on your specified time. The rooms are then cleaned to a good standard and at tea time the staff come and turn down your rooms and light the mosquito burners . Nothing is too much trouble. The only issue we had was a sulphur smell from the bio waste smell which they are aware of and are looking into , other than that it would be a 5*

Everything about my stay at Chandra Bali Villas was amazing. The villa was spacious and cleaned frequently throughout the day. The wifi worked well and the tv had a good range of channels. You could also access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus accounts if you wanted to do so.
Minnie and her team were extremely welcoming. They helped us book massages, spa services, surfing lessons, and food delivery during our stay. All of the staff took the time to learn our names and were eager to make our stay memorable.
The variety of services offered at the villa were wonderful. We had massages and manicures right in our villa. Our private chef was great and prepared tasty breakfasts each morning with nice portion sizes. They also provided pastries and fruit for the day that we had an early excursion and our check out day.
The villas are located in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach.
I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend Chandra to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Bali.

I stayed with my family at Chandra Bali Villas in June for 10 nights. We had a two bedroom villa (Villa 2). The layout of the villa was fantastic. The bedrooms were spacious and had indoor/outdoor bathrooms, the living/dining room areas were open and overlooked the private pool and garden. There are safes in the bedrooms. Breakfast was prepared daily in the villa (order the day before until latest 6pm). The pH level in the pool was checked daily. The villas are very quiet, one does not even know that there are neighbors. It is a ten minute walk to the beach, beach clubs, restaurants and shops. The reception organised a driver and tour guide (Gede Agus Car Rental) for us who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent 2 whole days with him, time well spent. My ladies had various massages, which are done in the villa. Portable massage tables were set up and the massages done simultaneously. At the entrance to the complex is a security guard, the place is very safe. Everyone, from the security guards to the gardeners are extremely friendly. A huge thank you to Minnie and all ladies at the reception who made our stay really memorable and special. All requests were handled graciously and with a smile. My daughter celebrated her birthday and the ladies surprised her with a Happy Birthday song and a little cake. Thank you! We will be back!

These villas a fabulous , very clean and spacious for a family of 5, we had the 2 bed villa. Pool nice size for us with 1 child but may need 3 bed villa if you had older children which have larger pools. Great choice of breakfast cooked by your own chef. Cleaners and pool staff are very discrete you hardly know they are there . They have a mini bus that takes you anywhere in semyinak , which we used often to go out, but not to return as plenty of taxis about. But the best asset these villas have is the staff, the reception staff are unbelievable , Minnie and her staff are just so friendly , so helpful and professional .

Amazing in every aspect. Walking distance to Seminyak square and Kudeta beach club. Very clean Villas with great and quiet working air conditioning, NETFLIX on big TVs, 5/5 for the staff, very attentive, polite and very warming and helpful. Villas cleaned and swept daily. Amazing Villa’s , we stayed as a family of 4 in Villa 7 , 2 bed Villa . The staff were incredible throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for us , even arranging for someone to come to our Villa and sort out our SIM cards . The breakfasts are amazing and cooked in your own Villa . We had the floating breakfast for 2 one morning as the boys had left early to go quad biking this was so nice and very different. We took advantage of the laundry service whilst there and everything was perfect All communication was done via WhatsApp and so easy , even ordering drinks to the villa in the afternoon A lasting memory from staying here is how friendly ALL the staff were , their smiles are so infectious and just leaves you feeling happy and relaxed

I was there this spring , you get 1 full bathroom per room , toilet, shower and in some room a bath... so , if you booked a 3 bedrooms villa, you get 3 toilets...
We can set up a pool fence around the pool.
Our living area is semi open air so we dont have any aircond in this area. However we do have premium pool villa that have a tv rooms with aircond.

Same as the previous comments. The premium villa is much more luxurious. For me the main difference is the size of the pool. The premium villa pool is great for swimming laps and having inflatable races with the kids!!
I'd definitely go for the premium villa if its in your budget.
